12 Arthur Erickson and Nick Milkovich - Parcel 4 Designed by the late Arthur Erickson - this waterfront building provides large high end suites. The building twists like a stack of cards - rotating around a centre point in each building The facade is constructed of aluminum panels and large panes of double glazing which meet the 70/30 split for glass versus wall area. The resulting scales create 7400 individual panels. Planning + Infrastructure Architecture
