I know that many of you will be here soon and we can t wait!!! The new rent increases will go into effect on October 1, Please see the 2014/2015 rate sheets on pages 5 and 6. If you are not sure which amount to pay, I have details on page 2 that may help. We have a new phone system so when you call the office press option 3 to reach us direct!! Sun Easy Pay Give yourself peace of mind by signing up for this program. This is a great way to ensure that your rent and electric is paid on time each month. If you would like to register for this great program, contact the office and we will provide you with a registration number. Facebook Don t forget to like us on Facebook!! I try to update our page frequently so you can see what is going on when you are not here!! Summer Projects Concrete we are still removing and replacing several concrete pads. We are still unable to add additional concrete per the City of Orange City. Oak and Elm (Orange Blossom) bathhouse will be made ADA Accessible and also air conditioned!! The roads have been seal coated in the lower section. The new mailboxes should be arriving any day. The mailroom will be closed for remodeling for a few days. We will let you know when it will be closed so you can pick your mail up in the office. I still have a couple of surprises for you...when those projects start I will be posting teaser pictures on Facebook!! Most of them are already rented for the season however we do have availability for October, November and December!! Call the office for more information!! Checking in for Season When you arrive this season, please remember to check in with us at the office. We want to make sure that we get your current information (phone number, address, etc.) so we can update our files. If you are going to have your mail sent prior to your arrival please call and let us know so we can open your mailbox.

2 P a g e 2 Mailboxes The mailbox key that you currently have will no longer work once the new boxes have been installed. We are anticipating the installation to be completed by the end of September. Our seasonal guests will receive hang tags for the rearview mirrors. Motorcycles are not required to have a sticker or tag. W ifi We have increased our WiFi signal to 100 MBPS however if you want to Skype, download music, movies or games please obtain your own internet service from Brighthouse as our WiFi is only meant for checking and sending s and surfing the web.

3 P a g e 3 Happy Hour I m hoping to have our first happy hour of the season at the pavilion on Friday, October 10th beginning at 4 pm. Bring a snack to share, your own beverage and some ideas for new activities for the upcoming season!! Mov ie Nights We have installed a 100 projection screen at the pavilion for movie nights, Nascar Parties and the Super Bowl!! Barb will continue to host movie nights at the pavilion on the 3rd Friday of each month. Bring your own beverage and a chair if you would like. Popcorn is provided. Flyers will be posted in both laundry rooms, both bulletin boards and in the mailroom to let you know what movie will be shown. H i ghligh ts of Upcoming Events October The City of Orange City will be hosting their annual Halloween Block Party on Saturday, October 25, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. November Thanksgiving Dinner at the Rec Hall, Karaoke and the Farmer s Market will start up. December Christmas Dinner at the Rec Hall, Park Wide Yard Sale and Golf Cart Parade. The City of Orange City will have their annual Light Up Orange City and Movie in the Park on Friday, December 5th at 5:30 pm. The City of Orange City will also host the Christmas Village and Christmas Parade on Saturday, December 13th beginning at noon with the parade starting at 5 pm. New Year s Eve Dance at the Rec Hall. January Brunch at the Rec Hall, Soup and Sandwich and Pancake breakfast start, Welcome Back Happy Hour February Super Bowl Party and Daytona 500 Party March End of Season Party, Bike Week Breakfast April Easter Lunch at pavilion Your favorite activities will also be starting up soon Cards, Crafts, Exercise, Dances, Dinners, etc.

You are eligible to receive a Sun Reward for your referral if they: have not stayed at a Sun RV Resort previously, have not been referred by someone else, book a vacation directly with Sun RV Resorts after you submit their referral information and complete the stay requirements. Full terms and conditions available at office upon request. When will I get my Sun Reward? For short-term stays (weekly or monthly) you will receive your Sun Reward after your referral checks out. For seasonal or annual referrals, you will receive your Sun Reward when your referral moves their RV in. My favorite resort is offering a discount. If my friend books with a discount am I still eligible to receive a reward? Yes, as long as your friend is an eligible referral. Can I refer multiple members of the same household? Yes, however you will only be eligible for one reward per household. Do I have to be a current customer to receive a reward for my referral? Yes, at this time our program is only open to guests of Sun RV Resorts. If you do not have access to a computer, please see the office for a referral form prior to your referral booking their reservation.
