Training Intro & Overview The mission of the Daikin Academy is to provide the highest quality training and information to s, owners, operators and persons servicing Daikin equipment and the systems in which they are utilized. The training will enable reliable, efficient, cost effective and environmentally sound installation, operation and maintenance. All training is provided by Skilled Daikin registered technicians. No late bookings will be accepted. Failure to attend booked courses or cancellations less than 5 working days prior to course date, will result in your company being invoices at full cost. 7 Terms and Conditions CANCELLATION POLICY Daikin South Africa learning institution reserves the right to make changes/cancellation to the course schedule in case the number of students are less than 8. Cancellation must be in writing, no show or late cancellation will result in the full amount being charged. (no refund) Cancellation must be made no less than 5 working days prior to the course date. ASSESSMENT AND CERTIFICATION At the conclusion of the course and at the discretion of the mentor the students will review, discussed and be assessed with a test on the learning outcome of the course. The test will be graded based on the percentage of the questions to determine the students learning outcome. A score of 70% will be required for successful completion of the course and to be awarded a certificate. TRAINING MATERIAL Students attending our training will be provided with training material/flash drive. ADDITIONAL TRAINING In addition to the training courses and dates detailed above, Daikin will consider tailored made courses on different dates on special request. PAYMENT Payment is required in advance. Purchase orders are accepted to hold an enrolment, but payment is due prior to the start of the course. Total tuition fee includes lunch, refreshments and training material.
