2 One-time password for iphone One-time password for iphone makes it possible to create one-time password (OTP) for use with BankID on your iphone instead of using the debit card with a reader or a token. Remember to take good care of your mobile phone. If you lose your phone you must lock your mobile phone subscription immediately and contact the bank to block the OTP application. Before you throw your phone away or give it to others, the application must be deleted from your phone. If you change phones, contact your bank to block the OTP application on your old phone. You will also have to order the service again in your online bank and perform the personalization and activation on your new phone. Remember that all codes are personal and that they should never be shared with others. This also applies to police and employees of the bank. 2

6 Create one-time password How to create a one-time password: 1. Choose "Create one-time password" from the main menu or any other screen from the application. 2. Enter your personal code in the designated field and click on "Create Code 3. You will now receive an SMS. Click on "Vis" (Norwegian) / "Reply" (English) to open the SMS when you receive it. This will take you out of the application. 4. Click on the link in the SMS message. This link will take you back to the application and generate the one-time password 5. The One-time password is now displayed by the application and can be used for logging on to the online bank. 6

7 Change Code You can change your personal code if you wish. How to change your personal code: 1. Select "Change Code" from the main menu. 2. Enter your existing code in the field named "Old personal code". 3. Enter the new code (4 digits) twice in the "New personal code". Your new personal code will now be active. 7
