2 If you receive this screen, the streaming is being blocked If you receive this screen, the streaming is working. Congratulations.

3 How do I watch the stream if it is being blocked? Every University, School and Business has different setups for blocking malicious software from entering their networks. This can also mean that some legitimate software also cannot get through, for example the streaming service from AARNET. During our tests, schools were able to connect by using one or all of the following; 1. Disable Silverlight If using Internet Explorer go to Tools:Manage Add-Ons: Microsoft Silverlight and then disable it. The stream will then default to using Flash (Install Flash on your system first) 2. Please ask you IT department to allow the IP address This is the address for the AARNET streaming recorded 3. Please ask your IT department to open the rstp port 554 on your firewall The E-Conference will be recorded, so if the above solutions do not work for your school, you will be able to watch the recording back later. You may also dial into the conference via your Video Conference equipment. To test dial please do the following; via ISDN dial (this number may change. Voice over IP Phone Feature Guide STANDARD FEATURES Caller ID Caller ID displays an incoming caller s telephone number on your handset or softphone. There is no further action required as this feature
