COPASA S.L., we are a company with more than thirty years of experience, in the design, construction and supply of brand new papermaking machinery, overhauling and sale of second-hand paper machinery and transformations of paper mills. DESCRIPTION OF GENERAL WORKS: Tissue machines: Production of new machinery: - Crescent Former: operating speed up to 1500 m/min (84 Tm/24h). - Fourdrinier: working speed up to 600 m/min. - Inclined wire: up to 800 m/min working speed. Used machinery: - Open breast roll former and Fourdrinier tissue machines. - We overhaul and supply the machines with guarantees (currently, we have several used machines for sale). Stock preparation and other services: - Stock preparation, water treatment and vacuum system. - Transformations, or adaptations in all types of paper machine, stock preparation machinery and water treatment system for tissue mills. 2 Machines to manufacture Fluting, liners, duplex (white top), kraft, various wrappings, cardboard and board, : Production of new machinery: - New machines for fluting, liners, kraft. - Speeds up to 700 m/min. - Cardboard and board making machines. - Different wrapping papers making machines. - Stock preparation lines, water treatment and transformation systems. Used machinery: - Different used machines in general. - In every project, we consider all details, from the beginning until the machine start up. Scope of supply: - Project study. - Offers. - Basic and definitive Engineering. - Assembly supervision and project control. - Mechanical and paper production start-up. - Technical follow-up and training, after the start-up. With reference to the used machinery, we also have available different second hand machines and complete tissue converting lines, for toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, industrial rolls, napkins, handkerchiefs, etc. All this machinery is currently assembled in our facilities, and can be seen in operating condition.
