6 NEW GF- 5 The new SN GF-5 motor oil specification, created by the International Lubricant Standardization and Approval Committee (ILSAC) is the most technologically advanced motor oil, exceeding the current GF-4 category in a number of important performance areas such as fuel economy and fuel economy retention throughout the oil drain; emission-control system protection; and increased sludge, deposit and oxidation control. 27 DIESEL EXHAUST FLUID Spectrol Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is urea-based chemical reactant designed specifically for use in SCR systems to reduce NOx emissions. It is non-toxic, non-polluting, and does not require special handling. CHAIN & BAR Spectrol Chain and Bar provides superior protection and performance for all bar and chains in a variety of applictions. Chain and Bar Oil is a designed lubricant to prevent rusting, reduce wear and link breakage thus extending bar and chain life. Oil tackifier is added to reduce drop and throw-off thus allowing high temperature speed and high speed performance. OIL TREATMENT Spectrol Ultra Premium Oil Treatment provides extra protection by helping to reduce friction and wear. Helps stop oil foaming for better lubrication. Also helps to protect against motor oil breakdown. 25

28 BRAKE FLUID Spectrol DOT3 and DOT4 brake fluid is a specially compounded preparation designed solely for use in motor vehicle braking systems. Mixes with all other approved brake fluids. DOT-3 DOT-4 FUEL ADDITIVES Spectrol Gasoline additives such as Super Gas Treatment, Performance Octane Booster, Fuel Injector Cleaner, and Carburetor Treatment increase gasoline s octane ratings or act as corrosion inhibitors or lubricants, thus allowing the use of higher compression ratios for greater efficiency and power. OIL ADDITIVES Spectrol Oil additives such as Engine Flush, Power Steering, System Sealer and Engine Stop Leak are used to improve the base oil (or oil base stock ) into a better performing lubricant. 26

29 GREASES Spectrol Greases possess a high initial viscosity, which upon the application of shear, drops to give the effect of an oil-lubricated bearing of approximately the same viscosity as the base oil used in the grease. Spectrol Greases can be applied to mechanisms that can only be lubricated infrequently and where a lubricating oil would not stay in position. They also act as sealants to prevent ingress of water and incompressible materials. Available in Multi-Purpose EP-2, MolyPurpose EP-2 and Multi-Purpose Marine Cetacea 699 Greases.
