2 Welcome! Welcome to the Facebook Recipe Series! These recipes have all been featured on Aromahead Institute social media pages, but are now compiled for you in an easy-to-follow PDF. Some of the recipes in here require ingredients and materials that you might not immediately know where to get. 4 You ll need: - 2 oz. spray bottle oz. water - 1 tsp. organic white vinegar - 5 drops Peppermint oil - 5 drops Siberian Fir oil - 5 drops Lemon oil Spray Cleaner Blend all ingredients into spray bottle and stir until mixed. Spray on glass surfaces, windows, kitchen counters and bathroom surfaces. You can also use this spray to clean the inside of your refrigerator. 4

5 You ll need: - 10 oz. container (PET plastic or glass) - 1 cup baking soda - 3 tbsp. castile soap - 1 tbsp. white vinegar - 15 drops Siberian Fir oil - 15 drops Lemon oil - 10 drops Peppermint oil Abrasive Cleaner Combine baking soda, castile soap and white vinegar in container until a paste forms. Add oils to mix, and use on any surface that needs a good scrub! 5

6 You ll need: - 1 oz. brown sugar - 10 drops aloe vera gel - 5 drops Lavender oil - 1 drop Neroli oil Brown Sugar Scrub While in the shower, gently massage a small handful of the scrub into your skin, then rinse off. Use 2-3 times a week for luxurious, exfoliated skin! 6

7 You ll need: - 4 drops Jasmine oil - 8 drops Neroli oil - 1 oz. vanilla-infused jojoba oil Jasmine Perfume Add Jasmine and Neroli oils to vanilla jojoba oil. Mix and apply a small amount to your neck and wrists. 7

8 You ll need: - 2 oz. pink Himalayan salt - 3 drops Neroli oil - 2 drops Mandarin oil - 2 drops Frankincense oil Calming Bath Salt In a mixing bowl, add Neroli, Mandarin, and Frankincense oils to the pink Himalayan salt and mix well. Add the bath salt to warm water for a soothing experience! Makes enough for two baths. 8

9 Sports Blend Massage Oil You ll need: - 16 drops Roman Chamomile oil - 8 drops Peppermint oil - 8 drops Orange oil - 8 drops Ravintsara oil - 4 oz. of jojoba oil Add Roman Chamomile, Peppermint, Orange, and Ravintsara oils to jojoba oil and blend. Massage onto sore muscles to relieve pain. 9

10 Blue Oils for Joint Pain You ll need: - 5 drops German Chamomile oil - 5 drops Blue Cypress oil - 5 drops Blue Tansy oil - 5 drops Yarrow oil - 1 oz. Trauma Oil Blend all oils into a bottle. Apply mixed blend gently to painful joints. 10

11 You ll need: - 4 oz. jojoba oil - 40 drops Lavender oil Lavender Massage Oil Add the Lavender oil to the jojoba and mix well to create a simple and beautiful massage oil. 11

12 Calm Your Fear of Flying You ll need: - 10 drops Frankincense oil - 5 drops Sweet Orange oil - 1 oz. jojoba oil Add Frankincense and Sweet Orange oils to jojoba. Apply to your wrists and neck as often as needed. 12

13 You ll need: - Cotton ball - 3 drops Peppermint oil - Ziplock bag Car Sickness Remedy Put the drops of Peppermint oil on the cotton ball, and store the cotton in the ziplock bag. Leave the bag with the cotton ball in the car. The moment you start to feel car sick, open the bag and smell the Peppermint. 13

14 On the Shower Floor After you get the hot water going, put two drops of your favorite essential oils in front of where you stand. The combination of steam and essential oil is invigorating and revitalizing! Use: - Eucalyptus for opening up your sinuses - Peppermint for a wake-up call - Black Spruce for energizing - Lavender for balance - Orange for a sparkle 14

15 You ll need: - Blank inhaler - 1 drop Neroli oil - 5 drops Mandarin oil - 1 drop Laurel oil - 2 drops Peppermint oil Uplifting Inhaler Add all essential oil drops to the blank inhaler. Breathe easy! 15
