6 Written in the stars The most romantic lovers can commemorate their by naming a star after them! The romantic newlyweds can log into the Star Walk Application on their Smartphone's or ipads to see what stars are shining down on their big day and will choose their star through the telescope! So the romantic lovers can always find their star, they will be given the star's coordinates after officially registering on the Star Walk Application (an extra charge of 50USD will be charged directly on the application). The ceremony is available to couples, whether they are celebrating their honeymoon or their 50 th wedding anniversary and will create a once-in-a-lifetime moment for people to treasure.

8 Reaffirm your love in a Vow Renewal Much like lovers planning their wedding with us, those having a vow renewal can avail themselves of the services of one of our wedding planners, who will ensure that your needs are taken care of to the very last detail, organizing everything from the officiant to the flowers, the keepsake to the photographer. Like a wedding, the beloved couple can choose to invite closest friends and family to witness the vow renewal, or keep the event intensely private. Since the couple is already married and in possession of a wedding license, the vow renewal does not require any additional paperwork or official registration. 9 Requirements for the official ceremony The ceremony is conducted by a registrar and is legally recognized and will take place within the grounds of the hotel. The date selected is subject to the registrar s availability and that there is no other wedding being conducted at the hotel on that day. Valid Passport Copies Birth Certificates Divorce certificate if clients have been married before If either party is a widow/widower the original death certificate is needed, together with the original Marriage Certificate. If either party has changed name proof is required (we recommend by means of a letter signed and stamped by a Public Notary If any of the documents are not in English or French an official translation, stamped and signed by a solicitor is required. If either party is under the age of 18 years, a parent must accompany him or her, as well as a legal permission of a parent or legal guardian. The above documents should reach us 21 working days prior to the wedding ceremony itself otherwise there will be a surcharge payable to the registrar for delayed documents. Please note that all certificates must be sent to the hotel on fax or by at least 21 days prior to the wedding date.
