CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICIES Reservations cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the confirmed arrival date will incur a penalty of two (2) nights accommodation at the Reserved Net Rate. Reservation changes to arrival or departure dates made within fourteen (14) days of confirmed arrival date will incur a penalty of two (2) nights accommodation at the Reserved Net Rate. Reservations cancelled fifteen (15) days or more prior to the confirmed arrival date are not subject to penalty, unless noted on the Rate Schedule. Non-arrival of a confirmed reservation will incur a No-Show penalty equal to the full length of stay at the reserved Net Rate.
