8 CATS College London Appointment of Curriculum Directors/Heads of Faculty 8 CATS College London CATS College London is the latest addition to the Group and is due to open in Bloomsbury in The College will be modelled on the successful CATS College Cambridge and CATS College Canterbury institutions and will cater for students from 15 years old to mid-twenties, offering GSCEs, A-levels and University Foundation Courses. It is anticipated that the college will recruit 100 students in its first year, growing to 200 students in year two and 400 in year three. The new Principal will be expected to contribute to efforts to market CATS College London and there will be opportunities to travel to key markets in China, Russia and South East Asia. The new Principal will be supported by the Curriculum Directors/Heads of Faculty whilst finance, operations, facilities and catering are managed centrally within the Group to ensure maximum efficiencies.

9 CATS College London Appointment of Curriculum Directors/Heads of Faculty 9 Appointment process and how to apply The Curriculum Directors/Heads of Faculty will be chosen by a panel that will be chaired by Dr Glenn Hawkins, Managing Director, CATS & CSVPA Colleges. The panel will assess the candidates against the requirements for the role and identify the widest possible field of candidates. Applications should consist of a full CV and covering letter addressing the criteria presented in the role description and person specification.
