3 is a private higher education institution offering degree and non- degree programs. It was founded in 1993 at Panabo City, Davao del Norte. In 2010, it started offering technical courses in agro- fishery, particularly, Aquaculture NC II, Aces Natural Farming Technologies Level I duly registered at TESDA. In 2012, the Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Training Institute (DA-ATI) issued ACES a national level accreditation as Private Extension Service Provider (ESP).
4 Recently, TESDA issued CoPR for Organic Agriculture Production NCII (August, 2013) as the only school in the country authorized to offer the course. It is also a Third Party Organic Certified with 6 commodities from NICERT. The Farm is a member of the Farm Tourism Movers of the Philippines Association Inc. Since then, it has conducted several training programs to government and non-government entities nationwide. A partner of LGUs in livelihood projects.
