INTRODUCTION Solid, gaeou or liquid wate, ingly or combined can create eriou problem for human and the environment if they are not treated, tranported and managed afely. Latex paint can be highly toxic to the environment and alo have advere effect on health if not dipoed properly. It not only harm aquatic life, wildlife but pollute groundwater alo, if dumped on the ground. Thi tudy i focued on dicovering a uitable re-ue option to reduce dipoal and pollution problem emanating from wate latex paint and to develop a profitable building material from the wate latex paint. Latex paint i a water-baed diperion containing rein, olvent, pigment, and additive. It include all paint that ue ynthetic polymer uch a poly acrylic, poly vinyl acrylic (PVA), tyrene acrylic, etc. a binder. Wherea recycled latex paint i made primarily with leftover which are collected from reident, painting contractor and other paint uer. The main aim of the tudy i to produce a concrete mix capable of maintaining or improving the propertie of the hardened concrete while increaing the efficiency of the contruction proce. It i etablihed that wate latex and acrylic baed paint i a uitable additive to Concrete, reult in maintaining trength and improving workability, providing a viable ubtitute to tandard chemical admixture currently ued to achieve comparable reult []. Increaed water content i required to enure that the wate paint i ditributed evenly within the concrete mix, which maintain the compreive trength without the addition of exceive air content. A concrete mix deign of :.44: 3.3:.5 i elected and a number of tet are conducted to evaluate the propertie of variou freh and hardened concrete when mixed with an optimum doage of the wate paint. Detailed tudy of propertie of wate latex paint concrete focued upon workability, compreive trength, tenile trength etc. were tudied to ae the hardened propertie of the concrete. II. OBJECTIVE The objective of thi paper i to determine the trength characteritic of recycled WLP for application in normal trength tructural concrete, which will give a better undertanding on the propertie of concrete with recycled WLP. It aim to conduct a reearch on recycled WLP and contruct the concrete pecimen by uing different percentage of recycled WLP. Laboratory teting of normal trength concrete with recycled WLP i alo to be performed. The analyi and comparion of the reult are reported for further reearch. III. METHODOLOGY In thi tudy wate paint i ued a a partial replacement for mixing water in concrete.
