5 Resources: e-aqa e-aqa is the secure area of the AQA web-site that is designed to provide teachers and Exams Officers with confidential information and resources. e-aqa also provides information for staff, specific to their school or college, for example, Enhanced Results Analysis (ERA). A list of the services provided within this area is detailed below. Secure Key Materials Get support documents and see exam-related materials before your students. AQA Shop Buy printed materials and progress tests. Teacher online standardisation View exemplar materials and compare your marking to that of the Principal Moderator Enhanced Results Analysis See how your school, subject, class and individual students have performed. Exampro Lite Access a free version of our Exampro tool to quickly and easily create materials based on past questions. Entries Plan, view, make and download your entries. Key Information View our key dates Results View and print your school s exam results Special Consideration Apply for special consideration if a student is disadvantaged or absent from an exam. Post-results Services Request access to scripts and review of marking. Administration For centre administrators to manage registration requests, register an additional user, manage access of staff in their centre and download an A2C access key. Access arrangements and modified papers Apply for access arrangements or order modified papers for disadvantaged candidates. 6 Resources: Teacher On-line Standardisation (T-OLS) With our online standardisation system you can prepare to mark controlled assessment and coursework without spending time away from school. Our web-based system is available anywhere with an Internet connection. You work at your own pace and review material as often as you choose. To use the system you will: log on to e-aqa and select teacher online standardisation from the list of teacher services view exemplar work, marked and commented on by the Principal Moderator mark a variety of work, receiving feedback as you go. The system offers schools and colleges much wider access to standardisation. Rather than sending one representative to a standardisation meeting, you can now all enjoy the training. What s more, once you log on to the system you can view materials for other subjects too. With positive feedback from system trials to date, we are now offering online standardisation across more subjects. We hope you make the most of this exciting development, helping us to ensure that our assessment criteria are applied efficiently and effectively. 7 Resources: Enhanced Results Analysis (ERA) No matter what questions you have about your results, valuable insights are at your fingertips, with our free online Enhanced Results Analysis (ERA) tool. The ERA system will allow you to: make meaningful comparisons easily compare your students' results across classes and with the AQA national average spot year-on-year trends in your results to see how you measure up against other schools and colleges see how close individual students were to grade boundaries. drill down to the finest of details on your students' performance, according to topic, skill sets and even specific questions - the choice is yours share this information with each student so they know where to focus their revision identify students who might benefit from a resit. hit the ground running in the year ahead by setting clear targets and modifying lesson plans work with your students to create a personalised revision programme and help them fulfil their potential. 8 Resources: Past papers, mark schemes, examiner reports All examination materials, including question papers, mark schemes, teachers notes and reports on the examinations will be published on the website 9 months after the publication of results Recent examination materials will be securely available to teachers via e-aqa immediately following the publication of results. 9 Teaching and learning resources AQA recommends that teachers and students access a wide range of resources when completing our Health and Social Care qualifications. We provide teachers with a recommended resource list within the Teaching and learning resources page (within the subject pages) to help you. 10 Resources Exampro Exampro is an online tool for teachers. It quickly and simply builds practice papers and other materials to help you prepare your students for our exams. Keyword searches allow you to find the most appropriate practice questions for a topic. These are linked to the mark scheme, report on the exam and specification content. You can produce customised materials in minutes including: differentiated topic tests mock exams matched mark schemes examiner comments. The flexible design allows you to change the format, number the pages and export your test to a word processing package or whiteboard. In addition, the indexes form the basis of a mark entry sheet which you can create to allow student performance to be recorded and analysed. That's why we have designed a range of flexible training programmes to fit around the priorities of your school or college, while supporting you at every stage of your professional development. We run sessions for Primary, secondary and post-16 schools and colleges. Choose from our scheduled courses or something more tailored to your individual needs. We deliver training sessions: full or half day twilight - straight after school or college as part of school or college training days. What can I learn? They provide guidance and tailored training on assessment, enabling teaching professionals to make informed choices that fit local and individual conditions. All of our Curriculum Advisers have a deep understanding of the education environment in the sector. Some are qualified teachers and many have experience in working with partners in training and delivery of education and mentorship. As a result, they have advanced skills that ensure schools and colleges get the support they need.
