8 Our classic country house with its Wedgwood blue Crystal dining room and oak-panelled Baronial Hall is the ideal choice for a stylish wedding. The Grade II listed, 18th century hunting lodge with 40 bedrooms is set in eight acres of grounds, making a wonderful setting for wedding photographs. Choose from the Crystal room, which opens onto the Orangery, or the grand Baronial Hall complete with chandeliers, both open out to the gardens and are licensed for up to 100 guests. The Baronial Hall seats 100 guests for a wedding breakfast or 150 for a buffet. For those who would like their own wing of a hotel, then the new Lyell suite, comprising the Baronial Hall, Georgian room and Lyell Bar, is the perfect choice.

10 In the middle of vast, open heathland is Beaulieu Hotel, our peaceful forest retreat. The panoramic views of the forest are not the only reason this former coaching inn is so popular with wedding parties: it has the Beaulieu Suite, one of the largest function rooms in the New Forest. This large elegant licensed room opens directly on to the beautiful gardens. For smaller wedding parties there is a choice of four other rooms: Exbury, Ipley, Applemore and Orchid. We can seat up to 190 guests for your wedding breakfast and 250 for evening receptions, so you ll be able to invite everyone you want. We even have 28 bedrooms for those who wish to make the most of their trip to the New Forest.

12 Our contemporary town hotel in Lyndhurst, Best Western Forest Lodge, offers a chic wedding venue that will wow guests. This boutique Georgian hotel oozes decadence in every one of its 36 bedrooms. The decked veranda is a suitably glamorous place for guests to enjoy drinks after the ceremony while you have your photographs taken in the landscaped courtyard garden. The Forest room has stunning chandeliers and opens directly on to the courtyard garden as well as the stylish Forest Bar. It is licensed for up to 150 guests and seats 90 for a wedding breakfast or 180 for an evening reception. The modern Glasshouse, with wooden floors and retro chandelier and is available for more intimate ceremonies.

14 Hidden away in the woods of the ancient village of Burley, our village hideaway Moorhill House Hotel is a lovely wedding venue and ideal for exclusive use. Woodland surrounds the beautiful lawns and landscaped gardens, creating a gorgeous setting for wedding photographs. The light and airy Vereley Room overlooks the gardens and is licensed for ceremonies up to 90 guests, intimate receptions of 40 people for a sit-down meal or 50 for an evening reception. The Burley room, which has direct access to the terrace and garden, is also licensed and seats 90 guests and benefits from having its own private bar and enough space for 150 guests to celebrate the evening reception and there are 31 bedrooms for those who don t want to have to leave the party early!

18 Bespoke Packages Terms & Conditions Our friendly and efficient team are happy to create a bespoke wedding package that suits both you and your budget and can offer exclusive use of our hotels. Packages & Prices We know that organising your wedding can be overwhelming at times, so we have put together a number of packages to give you a start and to ease some of the pressure. These packages include red carpet, room hire, cake stand and knife and the Bridal Suite. This includes a drinks package, three course wedding breakfast followed by ground coffee. One of the reasons people choose New Forest Hotels is because we are surrounded by beautiful countryside. To protect this stunning national park and its wildlife we are therefore not able to set off fireworks or Chinese lanterns and only allow biodegradable confetti. Both Bartley Lodge and Beaulieu Hotel are able to host live bands thanks to their licence agreements. All entertainment booked for any of the four hotels must meet our licensing conditions please contact us for full details. Once you have chosen your hotel, we will ask you to put down a 500 deposit to reserve the date for your wedding. This is non-refundable and non-transferable. Your personal wedding organiser will then run through further payment details. Between May and September minimum numbers may apply give us a call with your requirements and we will help you with your plans.
