2 Welcome to Prima, Nashville s premier fine dining experience in the heart of the Gulch. Exquisite food, wine and exemplary service combines to create a singular dining experience. From Executive Chef Salvador Avila's innovative fare to the soaring light sculptures by acclaimed artist Bruce Munro, every detail at Prima is designed to delight. Prima features seasonal selections of deliciously cut, wood-fired meats, whole fish, poultry and vegetables all prepared with the best quality ingredients from each season's harvest. Our dishes are prepared with skill, respect and restraint. Prima is open for dinner Monday through Saturday, with breathtaking surroundings in the main dining room as well as five private rooms for more intimate gatherings or business events. A full bar menu featuring signature cocktails and snacks is available each evening. Our team is ready to assist you with all of your event needs from a small dinner party to a full restaurant buy-out. Prima is available for events and private functions in our main dining room or any of our 5 private dining rooms. Our Chef s Table located in a private room adjacent to our open kitchen or the Vista Table which overlooks the dining room are available for intimate dinners from 2 to 8 persons. Our upstairs private dining space can be configured to accommodate groups of up to 50 guests for a seated dinner, or 75 guests for a reception. Luncheon events are available Monday through Saturday for 20 to 100 guests and a full restaurant buyout can be arranged for dinner events up to 130 people or receptions for 300. 3 PRIVATE EVENT SPACE Our second level private event space consists of three separate private dining rooms that can be combined in various combinations and seating configurations to accommodate up to 50 guests. The Nashville Room The Nashville Room seats 4 to 12 guests with variable table sizes and offers a visual celebration of Nashville. A striking collection of black-and-white photographs by Keith Dotson line the walls of this intimate space, ideal for smaller celebrations. The room also contains a collection of antique linen postcards with historic Nashville sites. The Music Room This private dining space accommodates 4 to 12 guests and features a music motif including life-sized photographs of American music icons. The room features the work of acclaimed photographers Norman Seeff and Ed Rode. In addition, The Music Room has full A/V capability with an 80 inch HD monitor/tv. The Art Room Our Art Room offers an elegant setting for any special occasion, with seating available for up to 12 guests. The room features companion pieces to the towering work in our lobby, Venus Transits, by artist Jaq Belcher. The room also features the signature plaque of U.K. artist Bruce Munro, who created the City Lights sculpture hanging above our main dining room TH Avenue South Nashville, TN

4 PRIVATE EVENT INFORMATION Our goal is to make your event a successful one. We will work with you to tailor the perfect event for your occasion, paying careful attention to every detail along the way. Our professionalism and flexibility allow us to accommodate your needs - from event planning to menu design to service during the event. Deposit We do not require an advance deposit. Cancellation Policy Events cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $50 per person cancellation fee with a minimum of $250. Guest Count A final guest count is required 48 hours prior to the event. Reductions of more than 20% of committed guest count received less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a $50 per person cancellation fee. Pricing All prices are subject to Tennessee sales tax (9.25%) plus an automatic 20% gratuity for the private dining staff. Payment A valid credit card is required to secure an event at Prima. Payment must be made in full upon completion of the event. Menus We will work with you to design a custom set-price menu prior to the event. Smaller parties may choose to order from our regular menu. We will print personalized menus at your request. Wine Service Our wine director can provide complete wine service for your event including wine pairings for every menu and budget. We welcome collector s dinners and can create custom menus to showcase your prized wines. Parking Free valet and self-parking are available during our normal hours. RESTAURANT BUYOUTS For larger parties, we can accommodate up to 130 guests for dinner in our Main Dining Room and up to 300 guests for a cocktail party or reception. The Main Dining Room can be bought out for a reception or private dinner with at least 6 weeks notice. Buyout cost and/or Food and Beverage minimums apply and will vary depending on date.
