Carefully remove the SIM Card from its plastic casing, making sure you remove the dual-cut SIM as a Standard SIM or Micro SIM, and then insert it into your Smartphone. This SIM card will not work if your phone if it is 'locked' by a carrier! So if you are not sure your phone is unlocked, you can contact our customer service for advice and unlocking service. 2. SIM ToolkIt: Once the SIM card is inserted, turn on the smartphone and the STK Toolkit or SIM Took Kit will be selfinstalling automatically on your smartphone. Note: iphone users can locate the STK under Settings ->Phone ->SIM Applications. Selecting the STK Toolkit app will show "My Services" with the following menu: Place Call: enter the destination number to make a call Landline Callback: to setup a callback from a landline telephone number Call Forwarding: activate/deactivate call forwarding to another number Check Balance: show the remaining balance in your mobile account

2 Recharge: enter the 10 digit PIN code purchased online or on a Refill Voucher to top-up your account My Number: Show your mobile numbers for outbound calls and for receiving incoming calls Advanced Settings: Set subscription code and check the trigger mode All these info such as Check Balance and My Number are Free of Charge services. SIM Toolkit for Android smartphones: 3. Selecting a local Mobile Network in the particular country: Whenever you arrive in another country, you need to pick and register a local 3G mobile network to let you use your smartphone locally. The following is an example on how to register a 3G mobile network in Canada: For Android smartphone (see above), after you switched on go to Setting =>Wireless & networks =>Mobile networks =>Network operator to manual search the available mobile networks of the country you are in. Once it has listed the all available 3G mobile networks of the country you are in, you can register onto the Preferred network (see the list in appendix). It may take a while for your SIM to locate all roaming networks. If they do not show up, please turn off and reboot. Once the network has been found and registered, the top screen will show the name MusukCa alongside the name of the mobile network you are roaming on. You are now ready to go. Notice: When travelling to U.S., Canada, China, Japan, South Korea or other countries where only 3G networks are used (no 2G), your smartphones should support Quad -band (1700, 1800, 1900 or 2100 MHz). While traveling in USA, the 3G to use is 1700/ 2100 MHz, while in Canada it is 1900 MHz, and in Europe 2100 MHz band. Please make sure your smartphone support the 2G GSM and 3G bands in the country you are visiting.

3 See below for iphone setting: In most cases, your contacts (names, phone numbers...) are stored inside your smartphone, so they will still be available even when you switch to a different SIM card. Otherwise make sure to add important contacts before your departure. It is recommended when travelling from country to country that you turn off your smartphone and do not just set it to the flight mode only. This will ensure you would not roam onto a wrong operator upon you arrival in a different country. 4. Making Calls When Roaming: To achieve the lowest possible call rates, MusukCa mobile uses two different methods to connect your calls depending on the visited country. In USA, Canada and some European countries, it uses direct call method, which allows you to dial and connect as usual. However in most foreign countries, MusukCa uses auto-callback method. Here you will dial your call as usual, but will then receive a callback within a few seconds. Do not hang up but instead just answer by pressing the ACCEPT button. Only then will your call be connected to the party you dialed. MusukCa SIM card will pick automatically the best connection method based on the lowest cost. All calls should be dialed using the prefix + the country code + the destination number (i.e. call to U.K. should dial +44+xxxxxxx. If you were located in the USA, you can calls to USA and Canada with 1 + the area code + destination #. When finished with your call, just hang up as usual. On rare occasions, a user may have trouble with auto call-back connection method if the phone is not listed as one of the supported smartphones. In this case you can dial by using the STK Toolkit with Place call menu, or dial *111* area code + number + #, then hit "send" to call to USA; or *111*011 + country code + number + # then hit send to call to international numbers. For example to call (702) in USA, you would enter *111* # and hit send. If problem persists please contact us. Note: All calls are billed on per minute basis from first connection, i.e. from the time the Call is answered and accepted by user. If your SIM Card is roaming on a mobile network that cannot send the call-back trigger in the normal way, it will, very rarely, be sent by 'SMS protocol'. (This does not affect how you make or receive any calls). When this happens you will be charged an extra small connection fee to receive calls in the Rest of the World. Unfortunately, how the call is controlled by the roaming mobile operator is out of our control.

4 5. Receiving Calls When Roaming: Subscribers can answer calls the same way as their regular mobile phone. When answering calls, the user should always be aware of the cost when roaming. You can check your incoming call rates at the MusukCa rate calculator page. Some countries charge considerably more when roaming on their network than others, this is known as an IOT (Inter Operator Tariff), and these charges are unavoidable and are therefore passed directly to the user. There are no incoming call charges or IOT charges when receiving calls via our VoIP App on smartphone, you can roam free globally. If you have multiple numbers on you SIM account, you will never miss a call, as all numbers are active to receive incoming calls whenever your smartphone is registered to a mobile network. 6. Refill Your Mobile Account: 1. Access My Account using your MusukCa Mobile username & password, sent to you on purchase of MusukCa SIM card. 2. Once you are logged in, click on Manage Account. From here you can Refill your account, check your balance and check your call history etc. 3. Select a Refill amount to the value of $20.00 and $50.00, then click Buy now. You will then be redirected to the PayPal payment site (you can register as a guest to pay with your credit/debit card) to enter all your purchase details. Once your payment has been authorized, your will receive a refill PIN code by , or you may receive it by SMS message. Please enter the PIN code (a 10 digit number) manually via the STK Toolkit Recharge menu on your smartphone. 4. When your account has been refilled, you will receive an SMS showing the purchase amount, time and date, total balance and payment verification code. If a Refill has, for some reason, failed to register, please contact us immediate. Receipts for payments will be sent to the registered users address. Note: Smartphone users who wish to Refill on the move can get a secret PIN code by purchasing a Refill Voucher card, and you can enter the PIN code with STK Toolkit whenever it is needed. Auto Refill / Recharge (if you opt for it): When your balance falls below $3.00 you will automatically receive SMS alert on a low balance. If you have selected the auto refill option when your balance falls below $3.00, you will automatically be refilled by the amount you have selected. Auto Refill option can be enabled or disabled as and when needed. You will receive a free SMS and with approved authorization code. If your card is declined for any reason you will be sent a free SMS informing you that your purchase has not been authorized. Refill transactions can be verified by clicking on the Refill Log found in your online account. Note: You can only register one PayPal account per user. 7. Voic (dial 605): Voic can be accessed by dialing 605 (the mobile rate for the call from the country in which you are located will apply). You can also use VoIP via Wifi to call your voic service! You answer after it rings to listen to your voice messages. You will also receive a SMS notification upon receiving a voic . *Coming soon* A FREE web-based visual voic interface so that you can check your voic from any computer with Internet connection. Voic s forwarded to you via so you can listen to them from within your regular client.

Call Forwarding By using this menu on STK Toolkit, you can forward incoming calls to another telephone at your home, office, or hotel etc. This can reduce the expensive roaming fees on mobile network when traveling overseas. 9. Set Up Mobile Data: Setting up the APN for iphone: One the 3G network has been registered, if you want to use the 3G mobile data, you must first set up the APN (Access Point Name) of your smartphone manually. APN must be active to use mobile Internet. For iphone users, please see above diagram for the procedure. For Android smartphone users, you see the diagram in the Selecting a local Mobile Network in the particular country under chapter 2. Go to Settings =>Wireless &Networks =>Mobile Network Settings, then select "Access Point Names =>New APN to fill in the APN setting detail as follows: Name: MusukCa (or any name) APN: openroamer.com Proxy: (Ignore) Port: (Ignore) User Name: (Ignore) Password: (Ignore) Authentication: (Ignore) Press Save and go back to Home menu to select "Settings=>Wireless and Networks=>Mobile Network Settings" in order to activate "Data Roaming". Note: 3G Data Roaming can become very expensive in some countries, so please don t forget to switch "Data Roaming" OFF when not in use to save your credit. 10. Sending and Receiving SMS: Receiving SMS texts is always FREE. Sending an SMS (texting) from your phone with MusukCa SIM is no different than the normal way. Use the full country code followed by the recipient s number and press send. SMS is charged per message and you can check the cost via the rates calculator. A standard SMS text is limited to 150 characters. If you go over you will be charged the equivalent of 2 or more SMS texts. When sending an SMS, you must first add a prefix"1" before area code when sending to a Canadian or U.S. number, add prefix "+44" when sending to UK. For example: When sending to 2025xxxxxx (a Washington D.C. number), add a prefix "1" (12025xxxxxx) and Send. When sending to 7418xxxxxx (a UK number), add a prefix "+44" ( xxxxxx) and Send. You may receive a confirmation when your SMS has been sent, i.e. "your text message has been sent".

6 There is no guarantee that your message will be delivered to the subscriber, as this depends on transmissions between third party mobile carriers in foreign countries over which we have no control. 11. WiFi calling with VoIP: The WiFi calling service allows you to use your MusukCa account to make cheap calls over WiFi networks when using your smartphone or compatible mobile internet device connected to wireless internet from anywhere in the world. VoIP to VoIP on net calling is FREE and calls to other countries networks will cost as low as $0.01 per minute, while receiving calls on WiFi are always FREE. In addition to reducing your roaming costs, it also allows you to potentially expand the coverage area of the MusukCa Mobile service by providing you service in areas with poor or no mobile network coverage. With the WiFi calling service, you can make calls from virtually anywhere in the world, as long as a decent WiFi internet connection is available to you. Setting up VoIP on your Android smartphone is very easy. You just need to establish a Wi-Fi connection, search and download the app called telnasip for Android smartphones. Login using your SIP username and password (sent to you upon purchase of a MusukCa SIM Card), turn it ON to make/receive calls. Make sure you set the SIP server address as telna.net if it is empty. iphone users wanting to access and use VoIP service can download and install Adore SIP Client App, while Blackberry users can download and install the VMobile VoIP SIP App. Once installed, you must set the SIP Server address as telna.net and the SIP username and password provided with the SIM Card. Note: When making a call over VoIP, always use the full country code followed by the recipient s number. All VoIP calls are always direct dialing (no Call-Back). 12. Landline Callback: If you do not have a WiFi connection, there is another way to use STK Toolkit to make landline callback overseas. Your call will be split into two inexpensive parts: the incoming call to your designated landline telephone and then make a direct call to your destination number from our U.S. call center. 13. VoIP on regular home phones: For making cheap VoIP local or long distance calls on regular home telephones, the Linksys PAP2-NA Phone Adapter allows you to connect your cable or DSL modem using Ethernet cable and configured to use up to 2 different MusukCa SIM s SIP accounts (with different telephone numbers) for making or receiving calls as VoIP telephones. 14. Real Time Billing and CDR: MusukCa Mobile uses a real time billing platform via under "My Account =>Usage Details". The billing platform tells the user what, when and where, i.e. what type of call or text, when the call or text was made or received and which country the call or text was made from or received in, and how much data has been used. You also have the ability to individually enable or disabled Voic and 3G mobile Data. Login to My Account=>Manage Account with your MusukCa Mobile username and password to confirm or edit all of your personal details (name, address, , telephone#), change password, activate or deactivate your voic or 3G Mobile data etc. Note: All billing data is set in USD/CAD.

7 15. Online Support Ticket Support: MusukCa Mobile Provides online support and automated ticket support. For online support, click on "Online Support" via website or talk to one of our online agents using free VoIP call. Our online support opens from 10 am to 6 pm EST Monday-Saturday. For online ticket support, click on the support at musukca.com and follow the online instructions. Note: Please use support page at s left via contact page may take longer to get an answer back. 16.
