Thank you for all the hard work that you put into your animals before and during the show. It was obvious that you took good care of your animals and you took your responsibility seriously. Also, thank you to everyone who helped in the concession stand, helped set-up and cleanup the pens and show area, and all who helped at the dinner and auction. It could not have gone smoothly without all of your efforts. You will be receiving a list of buyers that you need to send Thank You notes to and your Project Record Form will also be included in the same envelope. Your Thank You notes will need to be completed and your Project Record Forms will need to be filled out and returned before receiving your check from the sale.
