2 To Order Call: Decoration Prices and Info The following prices are effective for quantities of 12 or more. Decoration prices are higher if garment is not purchased from Coastal Athletic. Main Logo All Colors: $3.50 per color Example: 1-Color Logo $ Color Logo $7.00 This pricing is the same for full front or left chest and logos on pants/shorts. Pricing also applies to players names and other decoration that is not a number. Numbers: $2 per color/per location Example: 1 Color 1 Location $ Color 2 Locations $ Colors 1 Location $ Colors 2 Locations $8.00 Number pricing is for standard sizes and fonts for numbers only (2, 4, 8, pro block, tiffany) There is an upcharge for specialty sizes and fonts. Art Charges For Custom Artwork that Coastal Athletic designs, there will be an Art Charge assessed. This Art Charge can range between $10 and $35 depending on the complexity of the design. Standard Script with Tail or Block lettering designs are not considered custom artwork and will not be charged an art charge. Page 2 There may also be an Art Charge for any design Coastal Athletic may have to reproduce, depending on the complexity and degree of difficulty in recreating the design. All artwork will need to be approved by the customer before printing can occur. Delays in approving artwork may alter the completion date for uniforms

8 Uniform Policies and Information Pricing & Payment All uniform prices are set at the discounted team rate. Prices are for orders of 1-18 Jerseys. 19 or more jerseys may be eligible for a price discount of up to 10%. Prices in the catalog are for Blank Jerseys only. Once your jersey is picked out, there are additional charges for decoration. Those prices can be found on page 2. Custom artwork may be subject to an Art Charge and information on Art Charges can also be found on page 2 of this catalog. All uniform orders require a 50% deposit when your order is placed (when sizes/names/style is ordered). Uniforms pieces cannot be ordered until a deposit is made. The other 50% must be paid when uniforms are completed and picked up. Time Frame Most uniform orders take 7-10 business days to complete after artwork approval. Some of this time is required shipping time for your jerseys to reach our store. A few of our suppliers are on the West Coast and delivery times can range anywhere from 2-6 business days. Please remember this time frame is an estimate. There are certain times of the year that are busier than others and uniform orders may take a little longer during peak seasons. We will let you know a definite completion date at the time your order is placed. Orders for hats generally take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the type of hat and embroidery. These time frames are set in stone and cannot be rushed. The only way an order can be expedited is to expedite the shipping of certain items. If you would like to expedite the shipping of certain items on your order, you will be charged the cost of the expedited shipping at the time you pick up your uniforms. Coastal Athletic does not charge for regular ground shipping, which can arrive anwhere from 2-6 business days after order is placed. IMPORTANT! Please make sure that all uniform sizes, numbers and spelling of any names are correct before placing your order. This is extremely important because once your uniforms have been printed, they are not returnable. Mistakes in spelling or numbers that are not a mistake made by Coastal Athletic are the responsibility of the customer. Policies on manufacturer s defects vary depending on the manufacturer. Sizing and Color Samples Due to the number of suppliers and the variation of sizes and colors Coastal Athletic can send sizes of a particular garment for sizing purposes. The customer must pay for these sizing samples before they are sent/ordered. If you decide to go ahead and place an order for uniforms we will deduct the amount paid for the samples from your order and use the samples as part of your order. If you would like to return sizing samples and are not placing an order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If the customer decides to forego sizing or color samples and once uniforms have been printed sizes or color are not correct, Coastal Athletic will not assume responsibility. It is the customer s responsibility to make sure sizes and colors are correct before placing their order.
