Our multilingual staff (English, German, Italian and Russian) have a perfect knowledge of all regulations. Featuring the AEO label, we have solutions to manage your shipments in full containers, bulk, door to door, express and port to port. For import and export, we perform the following operations : Support under the terms of sale, Management of the documentation, Consolidation of custom containers, Organisation of transport modes on the final routing : multi-modal, road freight, As well as customs processes : Management of the customs classification of goods, Management of import and export declarations, Customs examination, We strive to offer to our customers a personalized service, to control each step of the shipment upon delivery and to notify our customers. We are also engaged in 4PL providing coordination between our shipper clients, their end-users and the various logistics service providers. The service allows our different shipper customers, producers and distributors to have a full service organized by a single point and thus to receive a global and integrated delivery of goods and information flow.

3 Page 3 de 12 Multimodal At GPC Logistique, the term combined transport means, the combination of two modes within the same logistics chain in which there is no container change, even Intermodal Transport Unit (ITU : a container, swap body, semi-trailer) where the routes are operated by : Railway, waterway or short sea route for main, Road for initial and / or terminals. Equipped with the IATA approval (International Air Transport Association) and the AEO label (Authorised Economic Operator), we have solutions to manage your shipments in bulk, door to door, express and airport to airport. For import and export, we perform the following operations : Support under the terms of sale, Management of the documentation use, Organisation of transport modes on the final routing,... 5 Page 5 de 12 Logistics warehouse We have 31,000 square meters of warehouses spread across locations : Molsheim (67) : 7,000 square meters with a storage capacity of 9,000 EPR (location pallet rack) of which 2,000 square meters are air-conditioned, Lavau (10) : 20,000 square meters with a storage capacity of 23,000 EPR of which 15,000 square meters are air-conditioned, Saint Julien lès Villas (10) : 4,000 square meters with a storage capacity of 5,100 EPR. Our sites are safe (fire alarm, sprinkler systems, intrusion alarm and video surveillance) and operate in radiofrequency. We are an approved bonded warehouse, national warehouse and export excise warehouse for wines and spirits. Classification : our warehouse meets the standard CIEP (Classified Installation for Environmental Protection) section 1510 and complies with current legislation. Storage Modes : Storage rack standards : pallets 80 x 120 or 100 x 120, Mass storage, Ground storage for nonstandard goods, Storage for textiles: flat and on a hanger, Storage locker. Traceability and data storage : Our customers benefit from a portal of secure access and real-time inventories and movements, We store the historical data on a six month rolling basis, (with the possibility to change for a twelve month rolling basis), which integrates the life of each product in our warehouse, The stock movement is automated according to thecustomer needs, by or EDI standardized. Inventory management : Inventory management is performed on the information system Infolog (WMS: Warehouse Management Systems), The flow control is achieved by radio-frequency, We create a custom labeling of each pallet or package before storage, Management of picking can be to the unit, the subpackage or packages, Inventories are performed on-demand: rotating or periodically (biannual, annual). We purpose necessary equipments for the storage foodstuffs in air-conditioned warehouse (15,000 sq. m.between 14 and 18 ) or in room-temperate area (5,000 sq. m.). We are also able to accomplish all your supply chain step by step, even for high seasonality products, from your producers - whatever the country may be - to the final delivery. GPC Logistique ensures the turnkey food-processing logistics through the following services : Our Overseas agencies are able to both import and export of you : Organize freight transports from the production sites to their place of storage, Manage customs operations: customs freight classification, declarations of importations and exportations, customs controls..., Transport goods from ports and airports to our warehouses. Our road freight and forwarding agent services are also able to organize your upstream flows, from your plants to our warehouses, as well as you downstream flows, including the management of the appointments. 7 Logistics of wines and spirits Page 7 de 12 We are authorized warehouse keeper with unlimited suretyship and have approval for the storage of any alcoholic product in suspension of excise duties: beer, ciders, wines, and spirits. Our warehouses have the status of Bonded Warehouses and National export Warehouses. They are under constant temperature control at 15 C. Our services : We consolidate alcoholic products at our platforms for the French market for export (EEC and Third Countries). We organize collections from all French and foreign wine regions: EEC (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Scotland, Germany, Hungary) and Worldwide (Chile, New Zealand, South Africa, Australia). Palletized freight or not, from 30 kg. We prepare orders: to the pallet, the package, the bottle, and we can create mixed boxes, We undertake custom packaging operations, including the installation of : o o o o Cross-tags, labels of excise goods to Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Armenia, Belarus,...
