The actual amount of these transaction fees depends on the number of transactions. On the basis of the expected number of transactions OeKB CSD will select OeNB s least cost-intensive fee schedule. In addition SWIFT charges fees to OeKB CSD for the SWIFT MTs exchanged between OeKB CSD and OeNB. The actual fee amount depends in each case on whether the counterparty also settles the cash leg via an OeNB cash account or via an OeKB CSD cash account. For reasons of transparency and manageability OeKB CSD calculates an average fee per instruction of a OeKB CSD customer wishing to settle the cash leg via his account with corresponding central bank, regardless of the configuration of the individual transaction concerned. This average fee will be revised where necessary depending on the amount of transactions (to account for a change to another OeNB fee schedule and changes in the amount of SWIFT fees). 2 Net positions that, in accordance with the clearing conditions of the CCP, are to be settled via the securities accounts of OeKB CSD and for which the CCP is authorized by its clearing participants to submit instructions. 5

For calculation of the fees for managing accounts for preparation of emissions the fixed fees listed under are used analogously. 4 Cash Accounts The fee is debited monthly from the respective cash account. The Fees for the maintenance of cash accounts irrespective of the currency of the cash accounts are as follows: For up to 10 cash accounts, a flat fee p.m.: For 11 to 20 cash accounts, a flat rate p.m.: For over 20 cash accounts, a flat rate p.m.: 1, For the withdrawal of funds a fee of EUR 15,--applies for non-automatically processable orders. 22
