1 Drift Allstars Round 1 -Abu Dhabi Drift GP Yas Marina Circuit, Abu Dhabi,UAE March 25 th Pre-Event To all Competitors/Teams/Press please find below information and timetable for the Round 1 Event Information Drift Allstars 2016 Series fuelled by Monster Energy. Final Rules +Regulations 1. Drivers are not allowed to exceed 5mph in the pit lane at anytime 2. All cars are to meet the 2016 DA Technical Regulations, drivers must read sporting rulebook. 3. All cars are to be scrutineered Wednesday/ OR Thursday 6 th at the Tech /Press event -details below. Tech Media Day 4. All windows to be shut at all times, sunroofs to be replaced with panel.(nets and amstraps if no windows) 5. Static or rolling burnouts in any area besides the track will mean instant dismissal from the race track and loss of Competition DA AS license for 2 events and 2000 AED fine. 6. You must at all times carry out directions from DA AS staff or security. 7. Passenger rides are not allowed at any time on TRACK. DA will require drivers to take some of the PRESS and competition winners on some passenger laps. 8. Each car MUST have clean and presentable pit area. Awnings are allowed in the parking area but not in the pitlane. (Pit Box's are available please contact us for availability) 9. Pitbox's are available 2000AED /2 Cars for 1 day AED for two days. 10. No support vehicles allowed in the pitlane 11. Pit area to be clean and tidy at all times Scrutineering 1. All cars are to meet 2016 DA regulations 2. All drivers are required to have cars and safety equipment as well as clothing up to regulations. 3. Your machine must be safe and fit to drive, 4. All bodywork is to be attached all bumpers to be attached to enter the track. Missing bumpers on cars will not be allowed on track at anytime. 5. Please allow 30 minutes for each car to be checked. Please make sure your car is checked and logged early as we expect some cars to be late, and any late cars to be checked will run late and may miss their practice session. 6. Each team/car to have 1 x 9kg Aff fire extinguisher (Foam) 7. Every car will be tested and needs to meet 110 Db at 3000 RPM. (Anti lag systems are not allowed within in reasoning) Excessive revving in the pitlane and noise disturbance will not be accepted or tolerated. Revving/Mapping the car only allowed on track

2 Entry Tickets Teams/Press/Trade 1. Each driver will receive an entry pack to the venue on arrival on Thursday morning. Will be signposted from entrance 2 (north entrance driving school) 2. Each team will receive 3 x wristbands + driver for the duration of the weekend 3. You MUST retain the same wristband for the weekend, any lost wristbands must be bought at registration. 4. Any extra up to 4 wristbands for team members can be purchased before the event and you will need to 5. If you turn up with more than 4 people(driver +3), you WILL have to pay. on the event day. Entry Setup and Breakdown times 1. Entry and access to the venue can be gained from on thursday of the event weekend 2. You may leave your competition vehicle over night on the Thursday Night there will be 24 hour security on-site.cars must be removed off site from Friday night 3. The parking area for trailers will be discussed with your team when you arrive. You are not allowed have your trailer in the paddock. The paddock marshal will tell you where to park this 4. DA cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to drivers cars/tools/equipment. Driver Briefings 1. Will take place at the VIP, floor level one in the driving school. Also administration sign on area. 2. Times for this will be given out on the day as they may change due to our evening schedule. 3. All drivers are asked to attend, any drivers missing will not be allowed run on the day. Judging Team 1. The Judging team will be headed by some of the fairest and most technical people in the sport we have deemed fit to judge at our events. Judging is a major factor of our events, and we seek to have the best Judging team onboard for this To freshen things up we have selected a whole new Judging panel for 2016 Season with open ideas to push the sport forward. Judges are open to any suggestions on track design or line changes, so please speak to them at all times. They are also available to get feedback at anytime. Waste 1. Please clean up after yourselves; any rubbish left behind teams will be instant dismissal from the next round. The same goes for tyres AED fine to drivers 2. Oil wastage or spillage AED per Event with one event Ban. There is oil anti spill kits available but you are encouraged to bring your own, There is lots of bins on site and your pit area is to remain tidy at all times. Press Attendees All successful press applications should please read through all the event regulations also to make themselves aware of the venue. Hot zones and track access will be discussed in the Press briefing All press are to attend sign on at the appropriate times held after drivers briefings.

3 Media and Tech Day April 6 th Media and Tech day will take place at Ceramic Pro Abu Dhabi 4 th street, just off 11 st Epco Mussafah (20 minutes from the circuit) This will be the official photoshoot for the season and technical inspection. We expect every car to take 1 hour and we will schedule the top 16 drivers to do this. You will be contacted prior to the event.
