Sliding means that the clinics base their fees upon income level and other criteria rather than on the actual cost of providing the service. Some of these clinics will even set up payment plans with you to make health care more accessible. Each clinic has a different way of determining their sliding fees so be certain to ask before your first appointment to avoid any surprise charges. Neighborhood Health Care Network General Resources This network represents fourteen sliding- clinics in the Twin Cities and Stillwater. Services include comprehensive primary care, dental, and counseling care.
