6 PACKAGE INCLUSIONS & EXCLUSIONS: ACCOMMODATION The Swing training courses and accommodation will both be held in a deluxe Villa in Umalas, Bali ( It is a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by rice fields located between Seminyak and Canggu around 30 minutes from the International Airport in Bali and 10 minutes from the shopping, dining and entertainment areas. You will have your own bedroom (double or single occupancy) in a deluxe villa each with a king sized bed, luxury European bedding, air conditioning, your own private outdoor bathroom with 2 showers, deep bath, twin vanities & hairdryer. Each bedroom has a digital safe, daily maid service, wifi internet, TV & DVD & cable TV. Each Villa has their own private 15m pool which you will share with the other course participants in your Villa. Also included are sun loungers, a bale, great outdoor living/dining area, fully equipped modern kitchen with cook 8 hrs per day, undercover separate BBQ area, DVD/CD with surround sound, flat screen TV with cable showing over 50 channels and wireless internet connection. SWING TRAINING All Swing training will be conducted on site at the Villa which means no travelling so you can have lunch then jump in the pool before resuming the training. Daily breakfast and lunch will be provided at the training venue/villa. SURF LESSONS Surfing Lessons will be conducted by Bali Learn to Surf in Kuta ( which has been in operation since 1999 and was the first surf school to be established in Bali. Your first two hour lesson will teach you the basic art of paddling and mounting your board then, after learning water safety, surf etiquette and board handling you ll be ready to hit the waves. We guarantee that before you know it you ll be standing up on your board and riding a wave, wondering why you never did this before. All surfing equipment will be provided, which includes: ~ Safe, soft boards which are easy to balance, paddle, stand and ride on. ~ UV protection surf shirts: for comfort and protection from the elements. ~ Board shorts All Surfing Instructors are Accredited, Professional Coashes qualified locally or internationally with:- ~ Level 1 ASA/VTECH Surf Coaching ~ Surf Bronze Medallion ~ Advanced Resuscitation ~ First Air Learning to surf is for all ages and is safe and fun. Imagine telling your friends back home, I learned to surf in Bali!! MEALS We have decided not to include dinner in the package. We will take you to a different, delicious restaurant each night at which you can choose and pay for your own meals and drinks. There will be a variety of popular venues and different foods on offer and something different each night. There are Italian, Moroccan, Greek, Seafood, International, Indonesian, Asian, Vegetarian, Thai restaurants & local Warungs. They are all here and close at hand whatever your budget. Prices DO NOT include any alcoholic beverages. Unlimited fresh water is provided. Fresh juices or soft drinks will be provided at breakfast and lunch. We can also take you to the supermarket to stock up on items you may require during your stay or should you choose to self cater. If you choose not to join us and to go it on your own we can call a taxi for you (at your expense). You will also have to get yourself back to the Villa.

7 Alternatively, you may choose to eat at the Villa. There will be a cook on hand daily for 8 hours who can prepare your evening meal for you during the day if you provide the groceries. The cook can also do the shopping if requested or we can take you to the supermarket to shop. Please make us aware of what you would like to do. During the Retreat you will have a free day. You may choose to chill out at the Villa and swim in the pool, have an in house massage, go out on a day tour (car and driver available at $75 per day) or we can drop you off in town for some shopping or to indulge yourself in a spa day. The choice is yours and we can help you arrange this. For TRAINING ONLY participants you will have to arrange your own transport to and from the Villa daily.

8 Payment Policy After an invoice has been ed to you, a courtesy hold requires 50% payment to secure the reservation. Reservations require 50% payment by the 30 th July, Balance of payment is required by 30 th August, You may pay in to our Paypal account or by bank transfer in to our nominated Australian or Indonesia Bank account. Cancellations Definitions "Cancellation" is defined as not attending your scheduled course, including postponing or rescheduling. "You" refers to the guest booking a Retreat. "We" refers to Gravotonics. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Travel Cancellation Insurance Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance through your travel agent, or visit the following web site to compare insurers: Guest Cancellation Policy Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule: If you cancel more than 90 days before your retreat start date, 100% of your payment will be refunded. If you cancel days before your retreat start date you will forfeit 25% of the price of your retreat. If you cancel days before your retreat start date you will forfeit 60% of the price of your retreat. If you cancel 14 days or less before your retreat start date, you will forfeit your entire payment. Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. Gravotonics Cancellation Policy While we have never cancelled a retreat to date, if Gravotonics must cancel or change a scheduled retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement. Gravotonics is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. INDONESIAN VISA REQUIREMENTS: Visitors to Indonesia are required to obtain a Visa on Arrival which is easily obtainable for $25 on arrival in to Denpasar, Bali or elsewhere within Indonesia. All currencies are accepted as payment for the Visa on Arrival. A Departure Tax amount of 150,000 Rp is payable on leaving Bali or elsewhere in Indonesia. It is preferable to pay in local currency (Indonesian Rupiah).
