INTRAKAT has extensive experience in private and public sector construction and has delivered major projects in Greece and abroad. To meet the challenges of today s global environment in the construction market, INTRAKAT is consolidating its competitive advantages, which were boosted by the merger with INTRAMET (steel and electromechanical constructions company and galvanizing factory) in Design 3D Modeling Fabrication Erection the most important in Greece and the most modern in Europe. The factory headquartered in Giannouli Larissa, is built on a 125,000m 2 lot (25,000m 2 built facilities) and employs more than 300 persons. The factory, established in 1987, was bought out by INTRACOM in 1994 and named INTRAMET. In 2005, INTRAMET merged with INTRAKAT, creating an autonomous steel construction business unit. Because of its vertical organization, the factory provides a full range of services that include: study, design, development, manufacturing, and installation of complex steel and electromechanical structures. In addition, the company is dynamically involved in defence applications, with increasing export activities. INTRAKAT is sustaining and advancing its position in the steel construction industry and is developing new products that enable it to penetrate the energy market and the defence electronics industry while preserving its leading position in telecommunications and heavy - weight construction. The core function of the unit is to provide competitive and high - quality products and services to Greek and international markets, through the continuous upgrading and introduction of innovative practices and strategies. 3 4

4 FACTORY FACILITIES All production lines are based on CAD/CAM systems and robotic applications, and the independent Galvanizing and Dye units enrich the wide range of services provided to clients. In steel and electromechanical construction, the factory is widely recognised for the high standards of its products and services. In addition, sound and responsible environmental practices constitute an integral part of INTRAKAT s strategic development. The factory s R & D department is responsible for designing and engineering steel and electromechanical construction projects and for developing new INTRAKAT products. The Department also provides: Static and dynamic analysis of structures through Finite Elements Analysis. Simulation of electronic systems cooling with heat transfer analysis based on Computational Fluid Dynamics. Prototype manufacturing and fabrication in one of the most modern prototyping labs in Europe. The factory is certified for the following Quality Assurance Systems: Manufacturing (ΕΝ ISO 9001). 5 STEEL CONSTRUCTION UNIT (S.C.U.) The Steel Construction Unit consists of a 15,000m 2 facility and specializes in manufacturing complex steel structures and steel products with high specifications and demanding requirements. 1. Hydraulic cylinder for bending plates All equipment is based on CNC systems and consists of: CNC lines for cutting, drilling and marking angled profiles. (max: length 200mm x 30mm) CNC lines for cutting, drilling and marking steel plates. a. Oxyflame (maximum steel cutting thickness 120mm. Table dimensions 2,500mm x 13,500mm). b. Plasma (maximum cutting thickness: Steel 25mm, Aluminum 20mm, Stainless Steel 20mm. Table dimensions: 2,000mm x 14,000mm). Oxyflame CNC line for cutting and drilling of steel beams (up to ΗΕΜ 1000). Oxyflame CNC line for tube cutting (max diameter: 815mm and length up to 18,200 mm). CNC line (two heads) with submerged arc for welding of built-up beams, Power (1,000A) 2mm x 1,500mm x 15,000mm (height 1,700mm). Automatic CNC line (Robot) for cutting and welding (maximum dimensions 1,500mm x 27,000mm). CNC hydraulic cylinder for bending plates (maximum dimensions length: 3,000mm and thickness: 40mm). CNC plate drilling machines (max thickness 40mm). Shears length: 3,000mm, cutting up to thickness: 12.7mm. Bending machines: length 2,000mm - 6,000mm. Hydraulic bending machine for merchant bars. Automatic welding machines MIG-MAG, 22 units of 5 kva to 152 kva. Automatic sand blasting and primer painting line (width: 2,500mm, height: 700mm). Mobile dyeing and drying chamber, dimensions 10m x 20m The factory also features: Certified procedures for welding specialized steel (for example StE690). Certified systems for dyeing, based on the environmental conditions of each project. Dedicated area for pre-assembling complex steel structures. 7 8

Through the provision of integrated services that include design, manufacturing and erection, INTRAKAT delivers complex, high quality, precision steel structures to its clients. GRATING STEEL AND TUBULAR STRUCTURES Grating steel structures are primarily used in infrastructure facilities in the energy and telecommunications sectors. 8 ELECTROMECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION UNIT (E.C.U.) The Electromechanical Construction Unit (E.C.U.) consists of an 8,000m 2 facility, that manufactures integrated sheet metal (steel and aluminum) products and defence system parts. The core activities of the unit are: Sheet metal processing of steel, INOX, and aluminum; punching lines and robotic bending machines. ΜΙG/TIG welding and spot welding for aluminum and steel parts. Installation of sheet metal inserts. Surface protection processes. Silk-screening and marking. Fabrication of shelters, telecommunication cabinets, racks and sub-racks. SURFACE PROTECTION PROCESSING The Electromechanical Construction Unit provides several specialized processes, including: Surface Protection: Aluminum and stainless steel passivation. Aluminum chromate conversion coating. Aluminum and stainless steel nickel-plating. Zinc phosphate. Electrolytic zinc planting. Dyeing Processes: Epoxy and polyester powder coating. Wet paint. Electro-deposition coating. Special Processes: Bonding. Silk-screening and soft marking. These processes are carried out in full compliance with the strict environmental specifications of the European Union (LF directive, R.o.H.S. directive). 9 SHEET METAL PRODUCTS The factory s electromechanical construction unit produces prefabricated and specially adapted sheet metal products, and interior and exterior enclosures for equipment housing. CABINETS The unit produces a large variety of products according to client requirements and needs. Special cabinets for housing: Electrical and electronic equipment. Telecommunications and network systems. Fiber optics. Cabinets are for interior or exterior use. INTRAKAT s cabinets include connectivity, management and expandability features. In addition, the company provides custom - made solutions to meet client requirements. INDOOR CABINETS A variety of cabinets and related parts for interior use are available. Dimensions vary according to ETSI and 19 standards. Cabinets featuring ventilation openings (available with or without doors). EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) cabinets. Anti-vandalism cabinets. Weather resistant cabinets (protection grade IP55). These cabinets provide ensured performance in highly corrosive environments. The cabinets are constructed of hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (zinc coating 600 gr/m 2 ) and are subjected to special phosphate processing and electrostatic powder coating. Earthquake resistant cabinets with zero impact on construction integrity. Temperature regulators and double insulated walls ensure equipment remains cool. Temperature regulators are also incorporated to manage the operation of heat exchangers and fans in the cabinets. The regulators can support alarm signalling (NMS reporting). TELEPHONE BOOTHS Attractively designed Telephone Booths that provide comfort to users, for indoor or outdoor installations. CONSOLES (CONTROL PANELS) Consoles are conceptualized and designed to meet the ergonomic needs of users. INTRAKAT s state - of - the - art galvanizing process ensures optimum quality surface coating against corrosion and is executed in accordance with International Standards such as ISO 1461, ASTM A - 123, DIN 50928, DIN 50976, BS729. The galvanizing unit is equipped with eleven (11) tanks that are served by seven (7) overhead-cranes. Zinc bath dimensions: 9.50m Χ 1.20m Χ 180m Annual production capacity: 24,000 ΤΝ The zinc used in the galvanizing process of the factory is of SHG quality and 99,995% purity. The unit can galvanize structures up to a length of 14 meters. Galvanizing provides full anticorrosive protection under adverse conditions (sea, corrosive, and acid environment). Hot-dip galvanizing ensures maintenance - free products, corrosion protection, durable coating, long product life, reliability, and low long - term costs for most applications. ENVIRONMENT ΙΝΤRΑΚΑΤ s factory manufactures high quality galvanized structures and is innovative in its environmental protection practices. Factory facilities include biological degreasing and neutralization systems operating as a closed loop of waste treatment and recycling with the use of environmentally friendly chemical compounds during the surface cleaning process. Waste is recycled and re-used as chemical components in the production process, which reduces the processing time and zinc consumption, while at the same time ensures full environmental management impact. The minimal final waste emissions are not hazardous to the environment. The factory s chemical laboratory performs recurring tests of the chemical composition of acid, flux, and zinc in the tanks. At the same time, the closed-loop zinc tank does not pollute the atmosphere due to the highly effective absorption and filtering system. This way, health and safety of personnel are ensured
