The American Ellerne Becket master planning firm completed the master plan of the resort development, at the end of the year Tala Bay has its own complete infrastructure, providing the various hotels and residences with roads, electricity, water, communication and other utilities.

3 TALA BAY MASTER PLAN The master plan for Tala Bay includes five and four stars hotels. With Accommodation capacity of 2,500 rooms of different types, which are affordable to all people. The sports & leisure facilities available at the project includes, a Golf Course, Aqua /Amusement Park, a Beach Club in the Marina Town with a fully equipped fitness centre, swimming pools, tennis courts. One of the world's most beautiful diving sites, world-class coral reefs. The hotel has a superb beach-front location overlooking the Gulf of Aqaba. The hotel offers 378 stylish guestrooms, including Standard, Superior and Deluxe rooms as well as Junior suites and One Bedroom suites, with a quite range of restaurants and entertainment for the kids. Mövenpick Resort TalaBay Aqaba Mövenpick Resort Tala Bay Aqaba is nestled on the shores of a magnificent bay, this resort offers the perfect setting for a truly memorable stay. 306 spacious rooms to chose from (including 145 especially designed to accommodate families). Orascom completed construction in early 2008 and the hotel, which opened for business at the end of the first quarter, which remains under its management. Hilton Hotel: Aqaba Gate for Hotels and Tourism Projects LLC, have recently received the license to begin constructing this 320 room hotel. Excavation works are expected to begin in the following months. The hotel will be adjacent to the Radisson Blu to the north.
