3 Add - Ons EXTENDED MODULES E-Pocket Extended Module enables you to create a user id and password for each of your employees so that they can log on to the web-based system and get information that could be pertaining to HR, pay, TDS etc. A role based and user based application, it allows you to set roles and access rights for various levels of employees so that an HR manager can view details of all the employees, a project manager can access the details of his team members but an executive can only view his own page. Time Office will fetch all the attendance data from your Biometric system and post it to Pocket HCM. Now, all your HR needs to do is generate reports on click of a button. Time office will download all the branches data from device at central server. Monthly Consolidated data related to attendance can be posted to the payroll directly. HOW IT WORKS?
