2 XecuteHR s XiTE X HRMS Suite XecuteHR is a technology driven Human Capital Enhancement organization founded in August 2009 by a team of professionals with a passion for techno-entrepreneurship and with a combined experience of over 70 years in the space of HR and technology. Since its inception the team at XecuteHR has not only created its web-based Human resources management Solutions from scratch but has also successfully implemented it in more than 5 client environments. Named as XiTE HRMS suite, the range of HR software solutions are hosted on the NaviSite server and is provided as a SaaS solution to medium and large enterprises including multinationals. Built using Microsoft Technologies, the suite consists of over 25 HR sub modules to cover all aspects of an employee s lifecycle in an organization - starting from recruitment to on-boarding, employee interact, performance & compensation management, query tracking & management to eventual exit and alumni management. Basis its customized views and over hundreds of reports to various stakeholders like Management, HR Managers, Managers, Employees and Vendors; it provides reliable and accurate strategic and operational inputs to all concerned. Some of the Overall Product Features of XiTE HRMS Suite: Covers all areas of Human Resources including Employee Performance Management, Applicant Tracking and Recruitment, On-boarding, HRIS (Employee Database Software), Payroll Management, Query management. Is completely web-based that can be accessed anywhere and anytime from any processing machine connected to Internet. Available as a Standard HRMS product, but has significant customization options to help adapt the product to a client s specific processes and needs. The product is completely scalable and currently solutions organizations of various sizes including a start-up of 20 employees to an enterprise with thousands of employees. The various modules of the Suite are extremely modular in nature and can be used as a bundled product or as standalone modules. The product is also highly compatible with any other business soft wares and can be used to pull out from or pool-in data into other Business and HR software deployed in an organization. Highly secure and allows only pre-defined role based access to users.
