5 Application Process: University University Application A. The Office of Graduate Studies (OGS) oversees the application/monitoring process for all graduate students applying to CSUS B. OGS began accepting applications for Fall 2016 on October 1. C. All School Counseling applicants must also select PPS Counseling under Education Credential Objective **You must apply through CSU Mentor before you can upload your supplemental application materials.**

7 Transcripts Non-Sac State Students One set of official transcripts (sealed) from all institutions attended must be received by the Office of Graduate Studies no later than 5:00 p.m. Monday, January 11. 9 Reference Letters A. May be from anyone who knows you in a professional capacity (e.g., professors, supervisors, volunteer coordinators, etc.) B. Application cover sheet must accompany each reference letter C. Reference letters must be in a sealed envelope with the reference s signature across the back of the envelope and your Sac State Student ID number on the front. D. 14 Following Admission All students accepted into the program for Fall 2016 will be expected to attend a mandatory orientation in August. Students will follow the Cohort 6 Sequence of classes for registration. This will be ed to all students accepted for admission in late spring. Registration for new students generally occurs in June.
