We collaborate with network providers to ensure that our members get the right care at the right time at the right place. environmental responsibility We continue to transition our communication materials to electronic formats in almost every aspect of our business: Members can access enrollment materials, wellness information, network provider listings, newsletters and other important insurance documents online. We have also introduced our Coventry Mobile App that offers members access to view, and fax ID cards, current medications, allergy and immunization details, emergency contact information, surgery and procedure history and family history details. We believe the contributions we make towards improving our environment in the short-term are an investment in the long-term health of our members and our community. For providers, member eligibility and benefits, claims, remittance advices, authorizations, a resource library, provider news and secure messaging are just a handful of features they can access online. Employers can manage employee coverage, view and pay bills and request employee rosters on our employer web tool. Brokers can assist customers at the click of a mouse with electronic enrollment forms, marketing materials, record-keeping and more. We invest in these tools to allow for convenient, environmentally friendly access to the most current data and information.

Our Coventry Health Care plans in Missouri and Illinois have each served in their local communities for nearly 30 years. Our health plan employees don t simply work in the communities we serve we live there, too. We receive care at the local facilities. Six String Heroes provides guitar lessons for veterans of war. 4 Whatever you choose to do, do something. You can get involved through a charitable organization, alumni association, community center or professional organization. You can also browse the Internet for opportunities that appeal to you. When choosing which organizations to serve, think about what is important to you, what has touched your life and what interests you. Decide how you would like to be involved and contact the organization to determine if it s a good fit. BREAKING CARE BARRIERS We continue to identify new solutions to make health care accessible to everyone. We offer a wide selection of health coverage products so our members can choose quality health benefits at an affordable price. In 2012, we introduced Carelink from Coventry, our high-performance network ( HPN ) products, to help optimize the health care experience for members and employers. This innovative product line introduces a patient-centered model of care in which our members are given the tools and resources necessary to play an active role in their care. Our HPN products are one of many affordable coverage options that address health care differences and break boundaries to quality care. LEADERSHIP INVOLVEMENT IN OUR COMMUNITIES Executive leaders at Coventry Health Care also devote a fair amount of business and personal time to various boards and committees for local charitable causes. Their professional experience, expertise and resources help them generate positive change within the community.
