1 Concur Travel News and Updates NEW Sign-in page: Concur will release an enhanced sign-in page to align with the Enhanced UI changes that occurred earlier this year. The NEW sign in page is due to be released on or around November 13, 2015, with the following features: Language Selection List News/Alerts Section Caps Lock Indicator User Locked Out Indicator Rotating Background Image 508 Compliance (see for more information) Scalable for PC, Tablet, and Mobile BUSINESS PURPOSE/CLIENT BENEFIT: These enhancements provide a cleaner, upgraded sign-in experience for all clients. Clients using Single Sign-On, will skip the Login Page and go directly to the Home Page. Here is a Preview Page 1 of 7

2 Flight Search Results Change "Show Details" to "Flight Details" As part of Concur's ongoing commitment to improving usability, Concur has changed the Show Details link on each flight option on the flight results page. This link is now called Flight Details. Page 2 of 7

3 Microsoft IE v.8 and v.9 Browser Support Ends Feb 12, 2016 Support for Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) versions 8 and 9 browsers under Concur products will end February 12, Clients using either IE v.8 or IE v.9 are strongly advised to update to the latest IE browser version (v.11.0) before that date, or to install and work with another supported browser. A new report, Users by Browser, is available to all those with administrative permissions working with Concur Expense, Request, Invoice, and/or Travel offerings, by clicking on ADMINISTRATION > COMPANY > USERS BY BROWSER and selecting the Web Browser Type, then SUBMIT Page 3 of 7

4 IMPORTANT: Delta Air Lines and American Airlines Interline Agreement In response to the discontinuation of the Delta Air Lines (DL) and American Airlines (AA) interline agreement, Concur Travel is working to make changes that will notify users during the shopping process that DL and AA are no longer combinable and must be ticketed independently. This change became effective as of September 11, For now, the message Unable to Price Selected Results will display, until a more descript message is posted by Concur when combining AA and DL flight options: Moving forward, Concur will continue to monitor the interline relationship between AA and DL for any changes or evidence the relationship has been discontinued permanently. If, at any time, it is determined a new interline agreement is unlikely Concur will make functional changes within Concur Travel to automatically split all AA/DL mixed itineraries. If you have additional questions, please contact your Concur representative. American Airlines and US Airways Merger Effective October 17, 2015, American Airlines (AA) and US Airways (US) merged into one airline. The new airline name is American Airlines and US Airways reservations, are no longer be available as of October 18, AAA CTS is in the process of removing all US Airways Frequent Flyer information from Concur profiles, as these accounts are no longer valid. We would appreciate your assistance with updating your Concur profile, by deleting your old US Airway account and being sure to load any new AA Advantage account you have been assigned. Page 4 of 7

5 Add Profile Validation for Missing Credit Card Billing Address Concur has received customer feedback advising that in many cases, when a Southwest Direct Connect reservation is unable to be completed, it is due to a missing credit card billing address. In an attempt to help minimize these issues, Concur has implemented a new profile check to advise users when they have a credit card stored in their profile as their air default card that does not include a billing address. The message posted under Travel Alerts, when the billing address of your air default card is missing, is shown below: Also, credit cards due to expire within the next 60 days, will display under ALERTS on your Concur Home Page, allowing you the convenience of updating the expiration date without accessing your profile page: Page 5 of 7

6 New Release for Travel Arrangers: As part of Concur s ongoing commitment to simplify and enhance the user experience, they have released two changes in mid-october, based on widespread suggestions and feedback after the initial roll out of the Enhanced UI. Those of you with administrative rights to Concur Travel, with the ability to book for others in your company or make profile updates on their behalf, will notice new text in your Profile Box in order to more clearly accomplish your tasks. The terminology has been updated and the position of the actions and buttons, also modified with added help to explain each of the features. Upon clicking on the PROFILE tab, you will see Acting as other User, the question mark icon to the right, further explaining that the first option should be selected for those you already have been assigned to, the second option should be selected for Self-Assigning yourself to a new user or someone to which you have not already been assigned. Upon populating the Choose a User box, the search feature re-designed to display the most recently searched names, you now click Start Session, and the PROFILE tab then changes to Acting as displaying in Green, highlighting the fact that you are acting on someone s behalf. Once that person has been booked, you click on the Green area then simply click Done acting for others, the system resetting to your login. Page 6 of 7
