2 The Project We herewith submit the following quotation for the design & supply only of an automatic irrigation system at 62 Crawshaw Crescent, Manning, as per the drawings supplied and discussions with the Canning Vale branch. Items Requiring Consideration Please note the following items that will need to be checked &/or confirmed prior to accepting this quotation; Please note the entire above quote has been based on a flow rate of ten (10) litres per minute at an operating pressure of 300kPa generated via the mains connection point. This is an assumed flow rate and will need to be checked and confirmed prior to installation commencing. That at the end of this document, we have provided you with a Weathermatic Savings Calculation. This calculation demonstrates the how much you could likely save by switching from time-based to weather-based irrigation. Please refer to the optional pricing provided for a weather-based controller & weather station combination, or contact your local Reece Irrigation branch for further information. We have assumed that there is an existing 20mm dia. isolation valve allowed for irrigation in which to connect the master valve to this will need to be confirmed prior to installation taking place. We have assumed that access is available for pipework/multi-core cable when running under hard surfaces is required. Please note we have assumed that there is little or no elevation across the areas to be irrigated. This should be confirmed prior to accepting this quote as any significant elevations may result in a re-quote.

3 Product Selection The following equipment is included in this irrigation system: Netafim Landline 8 (Miniscape) 2.0 LPH dripline (with built in anti siphon device to prevent suckback, reducing the possibility of dripper blockages) with 0.15 metre spacing inline drippers have been allowed for all the garden bed adjacent to the house entrance 0.3m row spacing. Please note the drip-line stations are to incorporate 20mm screen filters and 20mm PRV s encased in suitably sized residential valve boxes for location and maintenance purposes. QTY: 25m Line-flushing valves (15mm) have been allowed to rid unwanted debris in the system on initial start-up of the system to be installed at the lowest positions within the zones housed in suitable sized valve box. QTY: 1 Air-release valves (15mm) have been allowed to release air eliminating vacuum that could draw contaminants into the drippers or piping system once the control valve has been turned off to be installed at the highest positions within the zones housed in suitable sized valve box. QTY: 1 Single piece HR-JS12 Jet Sprays fitted on 200mm in length 4mm risers have been used in the rear garden areas throughout the site. QTY: 16 Hunter Pro Spray 300mm pop up sprays fitted with 300mm in length articulated risers and Nelson MP Rotators have been used for the garden bed areas in the front garden surrounding the water feature. QTY: 16 Hunter Pro Spray 300mm pop up sprays fitted with 300mm in length articulated risers and Nelson MP Rotators have been used for the turf areas throughout the turf area surrounding the water connection point. QTY: 8 Enki Pro 100mm pop up sprays fitted with 300mm in length articulated risers and Nelson MP Rotators have been used for the remaining turf areas throughout the site. QTY: 26 Weathermatic model series 25mm dia. solenoid valves with flow control have been allowed for the automatic operation of the system. These will be encased in suitably sized residential valve boxes. QTY: DVT Rainbird valve (Master valve) ( includes 1 x extra valve for Water feature )

4 Control unit to consist of a Weathermatic SL1600 modular irrigation controller that comes complete with durable plastic lockable cabinet that can be housed outdoors. This comes as a 4-station unit, and is expandable through the use of 4-station upgrade modules the unit is capable of becoming a 16- station unit. All associated fittings including low-voltage electrical cable (100.0m only) and heatshrink joiners have been allowed for the automatic operation of the system. QTY: 1 unit + 3 modules = 16 stations. Mainline to consist of 25mm class 9 upvc, with laterals to the turf areas and front garden bed to consist of 20mm class 12 upvc and laterals to the garden areas to consist of 25mm LDPE. Connection into the Miniscape dripline via take-off connectors. All associated fittings including priming fluid (red), solvent cement (green) and teflon tape (white). This is an assumed flow rate and will need to be checked and confirmed prior to installation commencing. The quotation sets out the costs involved and is valid for a period of thirty days from the date herewith and is thereafter subject to confirmation. Quoted prices are subject to rise and fall in accordance with suppliers recommended prices or Government levied increase without notice. Please note cartage fees will be applied per delivery for local deliveries Metro (POA) and outer Metro (POA). This quotation incorporates by reference our standard Terms & Conditions of Sale, which form part of all trading with Reece. These are endorsed on the back of this quotation and/or available on request. The above quotation has been prepared based on creating a Bill of Materials from the irrigation plan as per normal irrigation practices with some extra fittings being incorporated, however, this does not allow for unforeseen circumstances where extra fittings may be required. Also note the plan may take approximately 3-4 working days to complete unless discussed prior with the Irrigation Design Department.
