2 32 OUR MISSION We have established Tek Yapı benefiting from the knowledge and experience that we have obtained in the construction sector for years and developed the company with the support provided by the young and dynamic staff. The goal of Tek Yapı is to create modern, high quality, economic and trustworthy solutions for investors. Tek Yapı aims at constructing buildings in line with the current construction technology, protecting both company employees and customers from potential occupational accidents and achieving the most appropriate and high quality solutions with our solution partners. Thus selecting the use of latest developments in the sector, quality, occupational safety and environmental standards as its goal, Tek Yapı offers turnkey services for investors. The Quality Management System, which turned into an Integrated Management System, has been certified by Bureau Veritas for the standards ISO-9001:2000, OHSAS-18001:2007, and ISO 14001:2004. The system and the Certificates cover all the operations performed in the headquarters and within the construction sites. Implementing ISO 9001 Quality Management System, OHSAS Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental Practices together, our system contributes to sustainable development and life quality, enables information to be used correctly, and minimizes every negative situation from planning to operation. We conduct our operations within this system and develop the system consistently. In order to support the solution of ecological problems faced with both globally and locally, it is aimed at constructing buildings with Green Building certificate, for which principles leading to a sustainable environment are utilized, and being one of the leading companies in this field.
