2 About us National leader in Specialized industrial construction ASML group created MCE-SA 2002 to respond to a rising market need for specialized industrial construction. The new company's goal is to respond to the group s own projects as well as the potential market demand in the field. Since the group has already in its main activities cement production, concrete production, and other construction related support, launching MCE- SA was a natural vertical expansion. The main purpose of our company is to expand the group s market access to the specialized industrial construction. To realize the objectives, MCE-SA works closely with different partners within the construction field and thus worldwide. Our range includes: -Civil Engineering companies. -Steel structure companies. -Mineral Exploratory Division. -Architects and Engineers. -Vendors of building equipments and materials. -Consulting offices. - Logistics. MCE-SA has built a reputation as a successful company that responds to challenges, build diverse teams and meets the critical deadlines of multiple and diverse projects its now involved in. For example, with its partners, have planned and built the 75 MT/H newly commissioned cement plant, for Cement de Mauritania in 11 months. That project alone mobilized 170 people within 13 construction related fields and from 8 different countries. This project was important and challenging as much of the specialized material, equipments and expertise required were not available in the local market. MCE SA has now ventured into the hinterlands of Senegal (Sabodala) and completed the civil works of the Sabodala Gold Mine (approx 850 Kms from Dakar) involving all required equipment to complete cubic meters of intricate concreting works. Similar works such as MCM Gold, Copper and Power initial plants and now the extensions to the same are in progress at Akjoujt. We have also done the construction of the power plant at Tasiast Gold Mine.We have executed many projects which are included in this brochure. We have also embarked in Diamond Core exploratory drilling and have a contract with ArcelorMittal to initially drill 10,000 meters and also construct, operate and manage their residential cum base camp. MCE SA takes pride in completing the first highest modern Commercial building in Mauritania which was completed in Capitalising on our wide experience, our dedication to quality and having the will to succeed are our core assets to execute challenging projects.
