2 COMPANY PROFILE Company establishment and its characteristics: AGA-Letiště s.r.o. has been founded by employees of the former Military Design Institute of Prague, studio specialized in airfields and aeronautical constructions. It has opened for business on October 1, The main area of company expertise is the overall pre-project, project, consulting and engineering services in the area of construction of civilian as well as military airfields, traffic constructions and construction of buildings and civil engineering structures. The highest body of the company is the General Meeting of partners composed of four physical persons. The company has 27 employees and collaborates with many sub-contractors of geodetic and project works, on long term basis.
