1 Addendum to Drop-off and Commercial Collection Agreement ("Agreement") between the Town of Chapel Hill and SunShares, Inc. of Durham NC. The parties to the above cited agreement which provides for collection of designated materials from Drop-off Sites and Commercial Locations amend that agreement as follows:. The parties agree to continue to current contract for the drop-off site recycling services dated October 1993 for recycling of aluminum and steel cans, glass bottles and jars and -#l and #2 plastic bottles of all types as well as new materials listed in Attachment A to this Addendum from designated drop-off sites throughout Orange County from July 1, 1995 through June 30, Those sites are shown in Attachment B to this addendum. The cost per month for the drop off recycling services will be $2,000 plus an additional. $390 per drop off site for service to keep the bins from overflowing. Any additional drop-off sites that are added by mutual agreement of the parties shall be an additional $390 per month. SunShares agrees to provide appropriate and accurate signs for all containers used to collect recyclables in Orange County. These signs shall be legible and refer to materials collected in this program. Sunshares will further continue the current contract dated October 1993 for recycling of commercially generated glass bottles and jars and metal food and beverage cans from July 1, 1995 through June 30, The cost for these commercial recycling services shall be $70 per site per month as agreed upon. Those sites are shown in Attachment C to this Addendum. Any additional sites that are added by mutual agreement of the parties shall be $70 per month. SunShares agrees to provide appropriate and accurate signs for all containers used to collect recyclables in Orange County. These signs shall be legible and refer to materials collected in this program. All businesses shall receive at their door, on the same day as collection, notification of contamination which may or may not have caused materials not to be picked up. These contracts are to be continued after June 30, 1996 provided performance is satisfactory and funds are approved by the Town of Carrboro, Town of Chapel Hill and Orange County. Any other services shall be negotiated separately.,
