3 Profile Waves Technology Established in the year 2003 in Mysore, Karnataka, India. It is a corporate group which provides solutions to original equipment Manufacturers in electronic hardware industry starting from PCB designing, prototyping, sourcing, assembling & testing. Also provides Turnkey Manufacturing Solutions with integrated business verticals to cover the entire bandwidth of Electronic Manufacturing Services. The company has been providing End- to- End Solutions to the organized sector in the field of IT Peripherals, Industrial Controls, Telecom, Energy, Medical Electronics, and Defense Electronics. WAVES has an exclusive line for RoHS manufacturing and it is not just the Lead free manufacturing of PCB. We have built up expertise beyond, to supply mechanical parts, finishes, transformers, cable sets, card cages, bare boards, heat sink parts, consumables, Green Dot packaging and labeling. Controls In Manufacturing The products manufactured are in line with international standards maintaining the related laws and regulations thereby meeting the quality as required by the customer. We believe in manufacturing and quality philosophy of process orientation and improvements through Best Manufacturing Practices, 5S, SQC & SPC, KAIZEN, TOC, 7 TOOLS and new tools of QC and Six Sigma practices. Our strengths in infrastructure, systems, skill sets and TQM practices enable us to be focused on High Mix, Low & Medium Volume products along with value added services. Our Strength We at Waves Technology have the advanced and latest machines to handle all types of SMD's packs like 12Mil pitch, BGA's, LGA's, CSP's. Our infrastructure facility covers the entire range of EMS. As an end- to end EMS provider, we have facilities for product design, reverse engineering, PCB design layout facility, facilities for extension for BGA/CSP inspection. We endeavour to meet the quality as per customers' requirements, and have a comprehensive testing facility for BGA/CSP inspection, facility extension for ESS testing per MIL 810E including in-house temperature cycling facility AOI, ICT & functional testing. Also provide exclusive manufacturing lines and test facility for customers. ISO Certified Company Waves Technology being an ISO Certified Company, has good processes in place to ensure consistent quality on par with international standards. We maintain process sheets work instructions and relevant records.the same is audited periodically followed by management review meetings.

4 Our processes are attuned to the Total Quality Management (TQM) practices like 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, lean manufacturing and demand flow technology lines. RoHS Components Our concern for the environment extends into our RoHs compliance. RoHS specially restricts the use of six materials namely Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, Poly Brominated Biphenyl and Poly Brominated Dephenyl Ether and their related compounds. We control the use of Lead by adhering strictly to use of quality solder. Processes are guided completely by IPC standards like configuring PCB assembly to IPC 610D; materials used in are in line with the J standard 001, 004, 005 and the like; cable assemblies to IPC WHMA 620, IQC of bare boards to IPC 600E and ESS testing to MIL 810E standards. We have IPC trained professional developing processes for new products. 7 Infrastructure We have built up area of 5000 sq ft. housing SMD and THD manufacturing with a total ESD free environment. With the state of art machinery, we have capacity to place in excess of 200 million components annually.the integrated management system is in line with ISO Standard.
