Comment At their Regular meeting held February 14, 2011, Council passed the following resolution: THAT Councillors Besso, Enns and Firman be directed to craft a motion with respect to the recommendation in the Farm Assessment Review Panel 2009 Report regarding the use of Canada Revenue Agency income tax return information for farm income being used as criteria to determine farm status. THAT the resolution dated February 23, 2011, be forwarded to the Southern Interior Local Government Association (SILGA) for consideration at their Annual General Meeting to be held May 4 to 6, CORRESPONDENCE Page 53 a.
