1 woven wire screens This is the traditional mesh for materials screening. They can be used on all types of low abrasives products, with no clogging and plugging. They are manufactured with high tensile steel wires, with a resistance up to 200 Kg / mm2, which gives to the screens an extreme resistance to abrasiveness. In case of high abrasiveness, POLYURETHANE screens are highly recommended, to reduce screen replacement frequency. In case of clogging or plugging, we recommend to install anti-clogging screens. 2 woven wire screens TENSIONING SYSTEM The lifetime of wire mesh mainly depends of a right tensioning of the screens. Several shapes of hooks can be made, for each type of machine. 3 anti-clogging wire screens The use of anti-clogging wire screens avoids the clogging and plugging of materials in meshes. This type of screen is made of high tensile or stainless steel wires, with rubber wefts that link the meshes together. Longer lifetime thanks to a decreasing friction. Better screening efficiency thanks to a large opening Stainless steel wires improves screening efficiency. TYPE OF MESHES Ondumat This is the main type used Network of crimped wires assembled with rubber wefts. Used for clogging or plugging problems, and answers a need of optimizing the working area. Mixtemat Alternative network of straight and crimped wires linked by rubber wefts. Used to obtain a regular and accurate sizing, for a longer lifetime, and a fine sizing of coarse products. Zigmat Network of horizontal crimped wires whose heads are staggered regarding to ONDUMAT. Rubber wefts are linking the meshes together. Used for declogging very sticky materials with no flacky products.

5 welded screens perforated plates WELDED SCREENS For screening abrasive materials over 70 mm, we recommend the use of welded screens instead of woven wire mesh. Particularly for the following use : Primary screening, when rubber screen free area is not enough. Mobile screening with short time of work Upper decks These screens are made of : 25 x 10 mm flat profile from A75 steel. Anti-abrasion steel round profiles, welded on flat profile. 12, 15 or 20 mm diameter, depending of mesh and use. Provided with cambering for an easy fit on the machine. With or without hooks depending of the installation. Possibility to manufacture on request «round on round profiles» with manganese steel for very abrasive applications. PERFORATED PLATES For some works, perforated plates may be preferred to woven wire screens. Perforated plates better suit heavy impacts thanks to their high stiffness. They can be manufactured : With flat edges to allow bolted fixing on the frame. With cambering and hooks for tension fixing instead of woven wire screen, without any modification. Main use : Scalping plates with or without ripping bars. Perforated shells for trommel or turncated cones for scrubbers. Screening, with square holes, round, or any other shape. 6 polyurethane screens POLYURETHANE is proved to be an elastomer particularly suitable for dry or wet, medium and precise screening. POLYURETHANE is characterized by a good wear resistance to heavy impacts and reduces noise. POLYURETHANE decreases clogging and plugging risks due to taper shape obtained from molding. Particularly on the following points : Efficiency : the flat screening area will improve the repartition of materials on all surface, and improve its efficiency. Anti-abrasion rubber is also very efficient for fine and medium screening and even clogging sand. Anti-abrasion rubber specific components allied with different anchoring systems, plus the screen hardness and thickness solve many problems. Anti-abrasion rubber well adapted to materials screening process reduces working cost and downtime. 12 anti-clogging rope The MINGRET anti-clogging rope works with the screening machine vibrations. The movement of the rope elements break the screening mesh clogging, or push the plugged materials through the meshes. The rope elements are made of antiabrasive POLYURETHANE, for a longer lifetime and to limit the wear of screening cloths. The spider shape of elements allows a maximum working surface, and increases the productivity of your screening machine. 15 anti-clogging solutions The use of sticky materials on screening cloths will obstruct the meshes, and dramatically decrease the quality of products. MINGRET offers two technical solutions to avoid this problem : The possibility for the screen cloth to vibrate on its own frequency will stop clogging. This is the principle of anti-clogging wire and polyurethane screens. A continuous hit on screening surface will prevent the clogging. This is the principle of anti-clogging rope and baskets. Anti-clogging wire screens They are very efficient for medium and strong clogging. The waving without wire crossing will allow screen vibration, and prevent the screen from clogging. Flexitech polyurethane screens Same efficiency as the anti-clogging wire screens.
