4 Goodies Hit Counter Support Issue: Hit counter is not working in the live site Edit the Page where the Hitcounter Goodie is inserted. Choose Hit Counter Goodie to edit it. Verify whether the Hit Counter is already added. If not, add it to make it work. If there, remove it and add it again. 4

5 Goodies Google Analytics Support Issue: Not able to view the statistics of the website in Google analytics Edit the Page where the Google Analytics Goodie is inserted. Edit the Google Analytic Goodie and check whether the Tracking Code is valid. 5

6 Optimize for Search Engines Support Issue: In the browser header the title is showing different name Click Goodies & Addons. Select the Optimize Search Engines and change the title for the needed page(s). 6

7 Incorporate Banner Support Issue: Design/ Template gets distorted Click Goodies & Addons. Select the Incorporate banner and upload the banner image that has the right dimension (height and width). 7

16 Goodies Mailing List Goodies Support Issue: Mails have not reached sent through the mailing list goodies. Click on My Account settings link. Click on Edit your progile link. Check the Signup form for the correct Mail address. Also ask the user to check the Bulk folder. 16

17 Goodies Tell a Friend Support Issue: My visitors should be able to tell about my website to others Edit the Page where you want the Tell a Friend Goodie to be inserted. Choose the location within the page and click Goodies tool bar icon. Choose the Tell a Friend Goodie in the list. 17

18 Add/Edit Content on Home" Page Support Issue: In the preview and editor, the template is broken and distorted. Can't edit the page. User could have entered JavaScript content in the editor, hence the template got distorted So request the user not to provide JavaScript in the editor. And if possible delete and insert a new page with pasting the content from the live website. Else escalate it to us so that we can correct it. 18

19 Simple Form Support Issue: Not receiving the form details submitted by the site visitors Login to Your Sitebuider Account. Edit the Form Page and check whether valid address(es) is given. Also verify whether address is working now. Also you may verify by adding your test mail address to it. You may also ask the user to verify the Bulk mail folder. 19

23 Guest Book Editor Support Issue: Post in the Guest book is not viewed in the live site Trouble Shoot: In the Live website,when the visitor of the site post a comments in the guest book. But the same will not viewed immediately in the live site. This is because the owner of the website have to view the comments through editor of the application and only if the comments are satisfactory then they should publish the comments to the live site. Messages marked as private while submitting will only be sent by and will not be seen in editor for publishing. 23

24 YouTube Support Issue: Youtube videos are not playing in my website Trouble Shoot: Login to the Airtel website builder account. Check if the youtube URL given in the goodie is a valid URL. Inform the customer to enter a valid URL. Enter a valid URL and show it to the customer by inserting a youtube in his/her website. 24

25 Google Language Translation Support Issue: Not able to insert Google Language Translation Trouble Shoot: Login to the Airtel website builder account. Click on the 'Goodies & Addons' in the website manager. Click on the option Google Language Translation Goodie. Do you want to add the Language Translation Link as part of your web page? Click on the Option 'Yes'. Select the page in which you want to insert the Google Language Translation Goodie. 25

26 Google Gadget Support Issue: Not able to insert Google Gadget Trouble Shoot: Login to the Airtel website builder account. Click on the 'Goodies & Addons' in the website manager. Click on the option Google Gadget Goodie. Click on the option Add your webpage from list of Google Gadgets. Click on the option 'Get Code' copy paste the code in the Google Gadget. Click on the submit button and select the page in which you want to insert the Google Gadget. 26

Click on the option Google Map. Enter the address which you want to show in your website in the Map Address field. Click on the 'Goodies & Addons' in the website manager. Click on the option Google Driving Directions Goodie. Click on the Test Driving Directions enter the Destination address and Enter Starting Address for testing Driving Directions. Click on the submit button and select the page in which you want to insert the Google Driving Directions. 28

Click on the option Google News. Enter the title of the new to be displayed in your webpage, select the country and topic of your interest.
