WEIGHT LOSS, INCH LOSS & DETOX IN 3 WEEKS with DROPiT21! Thank you for your interest in DROPIT. You need to be warned that that although the results can be amazing, it s not magic and it needs commitment. On average people lose 11lbs and 11 inches in 3 weeks. Not only that, they feel incredible. The first week is the toughest and after that most people find they are bouncing out of bed with loads of energy. They also manage to stop food cravings and sugar highs & lows. The hard part will be: 1. Eating ONLY the foods on the list given to you 2. Everything you eat will be fresh (no jars or packets) 3. NO caffeine (only fruit teas & water) 4. NO alcohol 5. NO sugar 6. Breaking the snacking habit eating just 3 meals a day 7. Exercising daily (10 mins) ideally first thing in the morning On the upside - what will you achieve? 1. Significant weight loss 2. Significant inch loss 3. More energy 4. Better complexion 5. Better sleeping patterns 6. Breaking your addictions to sugar and caffeine 7. Existing DROPIT clients have cited other benefits, including reduced period pains, higher self- esteem & increased confidence. 1
WHAT HAVE PEOPLE SAID WHO HAVE DONE IT BEFORE? This plan changed my whole views on food and eating forever. (Weight Loss 7½lbs/ 12 inches) In three weeks I have noticed my skin is much clearer and my hair less greasy. My weight has dropped off gradually and my clothes feel much looser. I am not tired and have lots of energy. (Weight loss 8lbs / 6 inches) This programme has given me so much more than any Slimming or Weight Watchers programme I have followed before. It doesn t take up all your headspace trying to workout how much you ve eaten, treats, etc. This is a much cleaner programme. (Weight Loss 7½lbs / 8½ inches) Because this is NOT a fad diet it works. It has shown me that what I thought of as a healthy lifestyle was actually too carbohydrate heavy and removing that from my diet has resulted in significant weight and inch loss. (Weight loss 8lbs / 11 inches) My energy levels have increased and I am less tired. My education and the way I think about food has definitely changed, I have a much healthier attitude to what I put in my mouth. (Weight loss 8lbs / 8½ inches) I feel great, so much better about myself. This has really boosted my confidence, haven t felt this good about myself in a few years. I have really changed my eating habits and don t get any more sugar highs/lows. My skin is good and I am really happy with my weight and inch loss. (Weight loss 12lbs / 16 inches) My energy levels have soared, I wake up with energy, I sleep really well and I don t crave comfort- foods. My stamina has improved, my focus and concentration has improved, my confidence is sky high and above all I feel healthy. Having done both Weight Watchers and Slimming World before I found this plan definitely made me feel healthier and was much easier. I wasn t obsessed with how many points or syns. This was much easier to incorporate in to your everyday life. I ve truly never felt better. (Weight loss 7½lbs / 13 inches) 2
For me the plan has shown me that what I eat has a direct influence on my ability to function and respond. I haven t had any sugar cravings or the highs/lows from sugar or caffeine. My energy levels are generally much higher and my recovery time after running is shorter. I am more confident. I have a better relationship with food and am much more toned. (Weight loss 10lbs / 9½ inches) Everyone who has been through this programme would recommend it to a friend. How will we do it? Via a Secret Facebook Group which means only those of us taking part will be able to see the up loads and posts. (Or alternatively you can do this programme via if you would rather.) We will work as a team and motivate each other to get through the harder days. Daily tips, tricks and tweaks to the plan will be uploaded. Daily Workouts These will be YouTube video links, which are both High Impact and Low Impact options so there is a workout suitable for everyone. You will need access to your computer screen / tablet with enough room to move around. The workouts are ONLY 10 minutes long and because of that they will be quite intense. I know time is of the essence in the morning, but ideally this 10 min exercise needs to be done first thing, before breakfast preferably. The List of Foods You Can Eat: Protein: Beef Chicken Duck Turkey Lamb Liver Kidney Veal Bacon - very lean 3
Gammon Ham Shellfish/Shrimp Crab Lobster Salmon Cod Plaice Halibut/Turbot Hake Bream Prawns Eggs Rainbow Trout Haddock Mackerel Sea Bass Tuna Vegetables: Spinach Courgette Cucumber Broccoli Rocket Aubergine Squash All leafy greens Tomatoes Onion Kale Cabbage Celery Mushrooms Peas Peppers Green Beans Purple Sprouting Broccoli Broad Beans 4
Cauliflower Carrots Avocado Fats: Use freely to cook with. Ideally use Coconut Oil (can buy from Tesco & Waitrose) to cook with. Flavour your food with olive oil. I d rather you didn t cook with Olive Oil as it goes rancid at high temperatures, but if necessary then do so! Nuts: Go easy on Nuts. Only nuts allowed are: Almonds Macadamia Nuts Carbohydrate: Minimal but you will be allowed Brown Rice & Sweet Potato on certain days. Fruit: Keep away from high sugar fruits. ONLY eat berries/bananas on carb days or after training. Drink: Water - minimum 3 litres (5 ¼ pints) per day Fruit teas When you first read this list you ll start to panic, please don t. There are endless combinations as long as you are cooking completely clean. You will be given a Recipe Ideas Booklet to get you started. You will also find via the Facebook Group other members will come up with food ideas. So Are You Up for It? This all this sounds extremely daunting and scary, however I want to be upfront about the programme. The fact is everyone will be in it together. You will be given daily uploads and motivation on Facebook and a 10 minute HIIT workout will be uploaded via YouTube daily. 5
It s only for 3 weeks and this should hopefully change your way of eating for life. It s not a fad diet or a quick fix. I hope you will learn an awful lot about how your body works and feels with different foods. I need you to be committed 100%. Absolutely everyone who has done this programme with me before have said they would recommend this to their friends. I dare you to come along, challenge yourself and join me on this exciting journey to the new you. The Medical Bit!!!! This diet is based on natural clean healthy eating. There are NO shakes, NO pills or supplements, NO vitamins, NO weighing of food, NO juicing, etc, it is just good clean healthy food. It takes elements of the Paleo Diet combined with regular exercise. If you are in any way unsure then please consult a doctor prior to starting this programme. Also if you have any medical history or injuries I should be aware of please speak to me prior to starting the programme. This is NOT a programme tailored to individual needs, it is a programme that is being run in a private group so therefore all workouts and advice is generic. The Final Step This 3 week programme costs 45. This includes daily 10 minute workouts, daily diet plans, motivation via the Secret Facebook Group and a Recipe Ideas Booklet. If you would like to join, then please Simon Martin on simon@racquets- fitness- centre.com, or telephone Simon at Racquets Fitness Centre on Make this the first step to the new you! 6
