Here s how it works: When you do intermittent fasting it causes you to dramatically increase your growth hormone levels (a.k.a the youth and fatburning hormone) Growth hormone is what a lot of celebrities (men and women) spend thousands of dollars a month on to look younger, sexier and stay lean all

With intermittent fasting you don t have to spend thousands a month but can boost it naturally just by skipping breakfast and eating a higher protein meal at specific time during the day.
