1 Regional Market Manager für Dubai, Daimler Middle East & Levant FZE Kontakt Personal Stellennummer P0005V085 Tätigkeitsbereich Marketing und Vertrieb Veröffentlichungsdatum Abteilung Sales MB Cars Aufgaben Overview Reporting to Head of Sales MB Cars Objective Monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales & Marketing plans are prepared, discussed and agreed with the GDs Monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are planned, tracked, measured and achieved Sales Channel Planning is tracked, measured and achieved (huge financial contribution factor) Set KPIs are monitored and achieved Sales & Marketing support is defined and provided GD performance is analyzed on a monthly basis GD requirements and orders are placed in the system in a timely manner and reports are being provided Support in UC development Support in cross-functional tasks (G-Class, Guard, Network etc.) Support GDs in developing new sales ideas (e.g. affinity schemes, etc.) Support the Corporate Sales Manager to finalize Corporate Sales Opportunities in the defined market area
2 The RMM is a role model in terms of compliance, both in the sense of coaching the GD as well as living a business practice according to the Daimler AG company values. The RMM handles his administrative duties in terms of sales program documentation, Credit Notes, MCP and Escalation Process, etc. in a timely and accurate manner. Main Tasks GD Operative Planning and Target Setting Define Sales & Marketing measures to achieve targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly) Monthly monitoring of effectiveness of actions and evtl. counter-steering Ensure Sales Channel Mix result is being achieved Facilitate quarterly planning meetings to review Sales & Marketing action for the following quarter GD Sales & Marketing Management Ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met by developing and executing plans Ensure alignment at GD level between Sales (Retail, Corporate, UC), Marketing, Product Management and Finance Anlayze showroom enquiry data with the GD to establish necessary Sales & Marketing and/or Training requirements Monthly review of Customer Satisfaction Index and update of an action plan on key points Quarterly review of Sales Process Mystery Shopping results with GD and creation of subsequent action plans Volume Planning, Order Management and Forecasting Ensure monthly production requirements are done in a timely manner
3 Ensure orders are put in the system (ideally with 6 months advanced planning) Ensure timely and accurate planning of vehicle types and options Ensure market specific planning is reflected in an updated PC FC (monthly) Support GDs in short, mid and long-term forecasting Reporting, Analysis and Steering Ensure weekly forecast is submitted and discussed for monthly/quarterly sales performance Obtain competitive data and performance and analyze eventual actions derived Measure GD performance against given set of KPIs Used Car/Corporate Sales Management Ensure open and constant communication between different internal departments (Retail, Corporate, UC, After Sales, Finance) Support in managing defleeted cars from demo and courtesy pool Support Used Car Manager in forecasting defleets/returns to allow for optimum new and used cars sales Support the Corporate Sales Manager to finalize corporate sales opportunities in the defined market Be the Market Expert Be aware of the current product and price offering by the GD in the market and its competitors Understand local culture, economic and political developments in the market and be able to inform Senior Management of developments Administrative tasks
4 Timely handling of the escalation process as well as MCPs Timely provision of market analysis and reports to MBC Management The main tasks are achieved by frequent market visits to the respective GDs. The RMM must find a strong balance between being present in the market and finding time for the various administrative/analytical/planning tasks as described before.
