Vouchers are valid for 9 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be used for treatments with our Registered Practitioner, and cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers. Gift Voucher Number must be quoted at the time of booking. Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice. Appointments Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment for your own relaxation. Late arrivals will result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged at full price. Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours notice and 72 hours for packages is requested to cancel or change an appointment, otherwise a 50% charge may be implemented. Appointments missed will be charged at full price. Deposits We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Courses All courses of treatment must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 6 months. Children We request that children and babies are not brought into the salon for long periods of time to respect the relaxing environment we wish to provide and also to comply with current health & safety regulations. Your Comfort Please ensure that you inform your therapist if you are too hot/cold, if your position is not comfortable or the therapist s pressure is not enjoyable. We will endeavour to adjust or change techniques to suit you. Medical Advice Certain medical conditions may preclude you from having some of the treatments available. If you wish to have a treatment and suffer from any of the following please consult your doctor prior to your arrival and obtain written evidence of your fitness to participate in treatment. You have suffered from cancer in the last five years. You have had recent surgery. You suffer from heart or circulatory problems, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, diabetes or asthma. You have been prescribed antihistamines, anticoagulants, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants or tranquilisers. We regret we are unable to provide treatments if you are suffering from an infectious disease, open sores or wounds. If you fail to disclose medical conditions or medication prior to your appointment which may impede you having the treatment, refunds may not be given.
