2 Support contract For each calender year: Technical (helpdesk) support, bugfixes and new versions of 20% of current license price The support contract is calculated pro rata. In current calender year only remaining months are due. So, new updates within the calender year are obtained for free with support contract. Temporary use of temporary use Prijzen in Euro's, excl. btw 50% of the actual licence price per year. The minimum period of temporary use is one year. This pricing includes the support contract. In a temporary use situation, a user does not buy the license. The license is automatically disabled after the period of temporary use. In case of extended use, another period of temporary use can be negotiated or licenses can be bought from the pricing list with support contract. Rental pricing for licences Rent 20% of current license price per month. If BiZZdesign is purchased at least one month before the rental expiry, the full amount of the rentals paid up till then (to a maximum of three months) may be credited against the purchase price. 4 Training BiZZdesign training prices are based on a basic price per person per day, assuming the training is facilitated at BiZZdesign in Enschede, The Netherlands. This basic price includes lunch and course materials, but use of computer equipment is excluded (participants should bring their own laptop). If the number of participants of the same company exceeds 6, a discount is applicable. For deviations from this basic set-up the prices as depicted below are applicable. No additional btw/taxes are required on training. So, the training prices are btw/tax-free. Description Basic price per person per day for a training at course location (including catering) at BiZZdesign, Enschede. Participants need to travel to Enschede. Basic price per person per day for an in-house training (location and catering organised by customer). Trainer travels to this location (with the Netherlands). Only applicable at a minimum of 6 participants. Additional fee per person per day if the course is organised and facilitated at a different location in The Netherlands by BiZZdesign. Additional fee per person per day if course laptops are facilitated by BiZZdesign. Discount if more than 6 trainees of the same organisation participate: no discount for the first 6 participants 7 10 participants: per person per day (participants 7 10) 11 and more: per person per day (participants 11 and up) Training for a group of 5 or less participants. 5 Licencing policy Single-user licences is offered by default with a single-user licence, i.e. the use is restricted to one pc. The software licence-key needed for this is supplied by BiZZdesign. Concurrent licences Besides single-user licences (pc-restricted) may also be obtained with concurrent licences. This means that a licence for x users will be installed on the customerorganisations network, and that up to x arbitrary users may start. Floating licences Besides single-user licences (pc-restricted) and concurrent licences (arbitrary users up to a predefined maximum) it is also possible to work with floating licences. This means that a customer is offered a fixed number (to be defined by customer) of single-user licences, together with a management tool to assign/terminate these licences to/from users. This offers the possibility to assign licences to users (pc-restricted) temporarily, for example during the period of a project, and to terminate this licence and re-assign it to another user. The customer organisation is responsible for the correct termination of licence codes to users, such that licences will not be lost. Academic licences (education and research) The BiZZdesign methods and tools are most suitable to be used within college and academic education and research. The courses Business Process Engineering and Enterprise Architecture Management are lectured at several universities. For a small fee a combination of licenses, presentations (MS Powerpoint) and exercises can be used during an academic year. Also licenses for use by students at home can be arranged. When using BiZZdesign methods and tools for research at universities, other rules applies. In this case, a regular support contract is offered, but without buying licenses.
