2 Port Dues USD 0.20 Per GRT of Vessel Minimum 1200 USD per vessel, port dues applicable per call and maximum validity is 30 days. Note: In case of any priority berthing request, same will be accorded on sole discretion of the port to the vessels carrying Government/Commercial cargo and the charges will be twice the berth hire charges. 3 Shore Mooring Winch Port Tariff Shore Mooring winch charges.(1+1) USD Compulsory for first 24 hrs after berthing to the vessels having LOA>200 mtrs or draft >12 mtrs. Anchorage Conditions 0.03USD per GRT per Day Shifting Warping USD per Activity [A]. Anchorage charges applicable for vessels receiving bunker or carrying out any other operation (as decided by AP(D)PPL) at anchorage, but not applicable for vessels waiting for AP(D)PPL berths. [B]. If a vessel arrives at AP(D)PPL and in spite of an availability of a Berth, the Master does not choose to berth the vessel for any reason (i.e. Option of Owner/Master/Charter/Agent/Shipper/Receiver), then Anchorage charges as per Port Tariff is applicable for the number of days the vessel stays in anchorage, day will end at 2400 hrs. If the vessel is shifted to berth during the day then charges will apply up to anchor aweigh & thereafter berthing charges will apply In 24 hrs day either berth hire or anchorage will apply. If vessel sails from anchorage without using the berth then full anchorage will be charged. If vessel berths then anchorage pro-rata until pilot boarding. Thereafter berthing charges pro rata for the day. Shifting/Warping per GRT of Vessel 1.20 USD per GRT The charges payable for one berthing and one 0.45 USD per GRT un-berthing Dumb Barge In addition to port dues/pilotage charges and Pilot attendance (if require). Activity includes berthing / un-berthing. Any Tug used for Berthing/ Un berthing will be chargeable as per Port Tariff. Pilotage will start/complete only when the barge is secured as a hip tow to the towing tug. Page 3 of 13

4 If LOA is more than 70 mtrs and beam more than 25 mtrs, then acceptance will be on case by case basis. All barges must have a minimum 6 mooring lines, And If Mooring lines are not available with barge than port the same can be provided by the port on chargeable basis. 5 Vessel Deficiency Port Tariff Vessel Deficiency /Fine Conditions Unsafe pilot ladder boarding/disembarking arrangements. Fine of USD will be levied for each such occurrence. In case of unsafe pilot boarding / disembarking arrangements, poorly maintained pilot ladder or inability to rig combination ladder when freeboard of vessel is greater than 9 meters. Non-functional critical navigation equipment which affects safe berthing/ un-berthing. Failure to report critical equipment deficiency in advance. of USD per movement for use of electronic navigational equipment (Harbour Pilot) Penalty of USD Vessels with non-functional critical navigational equipment such as GPS, GYRO, Radar, will only be berthed using ports Harbour Pilot equipment in daylight hours. Twice Stevedoring + Terminal Handling. IMPORTANT NOTE : 1. No. of axles deployed for the heavy lift after taking confirmation of the submitted drawing for even load distribution of the heavy lift s since the same shall have to be moved thru the jetty. 2. No of axles shall be arranged in such a manner that total load (including self-weight of trailer) should not exceed 13.5 MT in cross section, with complying all above safety and operational requirements. No. of axles deployed for moving the cargo thru the jetty should be as per satisfaction of the port. - Route survey of the trailer with cargo (considering its maximum height, width Page 9 of 13

10 and turning) to be carried out by operation team. - Axle line spacing should not be less than 1.55 Mtr. - Trailer configuration (i.e. no s of wheels and axles in cross section) shall be as per attached figure. Two axles and 8 wheels are required per axle lines. Base width of trailer in a section shall be approx.3mtrs. Typical trailer arrangement is shown in below figure 4. Each axle shall have practically equal load and loading shall be uniformly distributed to all the axles. 5. Maximum speed of trailer on approach = 5 kmph 6. Weight of the cargo shall be verified before marching of trailer from approach. 7. Trailer shall stand/march beyond 4.0m from the berthing/extreme face the jetty, outreach of vessel cranes to be checked accordingly.
