( we / us ) has agreements in place with U.S. merchants ( merchants ) to provide services to customers using an international billing and / or shipping address ( you ). These services enable you to purchase products and to pay for shipping and any / all other associated costs related to filling your order at a price that you agree upon at checkout. When you place an order through International Checkout, you will provide your payment information to us, not the merchant. Upon successful payment authentication, we will purchase the items from the merchant on your behalf and will resell them to you at the price agreed upon at checkout. If International Checkout fails to verify your payment information, or for any other reason whatsoever at our sole discretion, we may cancel your order or refuse service at any time. 2. Backordered / Out of Stock Items Sometimes an order that we have placed on your behalf may be backordered or out of stock. If the entire order is out-of-stock, your order will be cancelled. Occasionally, part of an order may be out of stock or backordered with the merchant. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you and ship your available items. If any items are backordered, we will ship your order once all items are available. We do not make partial shipments. We cannot control and are not responsible for delays due to out of stock or backordered items. 3. Cancellations / Changes to your order International Checkout provides a service and is a separate entity from the merchant. We cannot accommodate cancellations or changes to your order once it has been placed on your behalf with the merchant. 4. Cookies Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide certain features. The Help feature on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. International Checkout trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not International Checkout without prior and written consent, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any

All other trademarks or trade dress not owned by International Checkout that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by International Checkout. 6. Currency Certain payment options will be processed in your local currency. If payment in your local currency is not available, then payment will be displayed and processed in US dollars. 7. Disclaimer from Unforeseeable Circumstances International Checkout is not responsible or liable, nor shall it be deemed in default of the Terms and Conditions, for any delay or failure in performance or non-performance of any aspect of this agreement resulting directly or indirectly from any accidents, fires, electrical or electronic failures, equipment failures, shipping delays from either online retailers, international couriers, or others, acts of God, labor disputes, governmental orders or regulations, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of International Checkout. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability This site and/or application is provided by International Checkout on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. International Checkout makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site and/or application or the information, content, materials or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site and/or application is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, International Checkout disclaims all warranties, Express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. International Checkout does not warrant that this site, application, its servers or sent from International Checkout are free of viruses or other harmful components. Domestic Shipping Some orders must be shipped domestically (within the USA) to our location from the merchant. A domestic shipment fee may be charged by the merchant to pay for transit to our location. If a domestic shipping fee applies to your order, it will be included in your order upon checkout or we will request your approval of the additional amount. 10. Duties and Taxes For your convenience, International Checkout provides the option to pre-pay import fees, including duties and taxes. If you choose to pre-pay Duties and Taxes, you may avoid customs delays and we guarantee that you will not be asked to pay anything when your order arrives. The amount you pay will be an estimate. We have no control over the actual import fees and cannot always be 100% accurate. You will not be asked to pay any additional money or be eligible for any refund if the actual import fees differ from the amount you paid us. If you do not choose to pre-pay import fees, you will be responsible for all import fees

3 and any related charges when your order arrives in your country. Delayed payment of these fees or may result in delayed delivery of your order. If you refuse to pay the import fees or to return the shipment in order to avoid the fees, then you will not be eligible for a refund of your shipping and handling and any other fees associated with your order. In addition, you will be responsible for any additional costs associated with the refusal and / or return of the shipment. All sales are final and you will not receive a refund for any returned merchandise, except under our sole discretion. 11. Export and Import Laws Compliance Items purchased from International Checkout will not be sold, exported, or transferred in violation of any law, including but not limited to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations or applicable U.S. sanctions and embargoes administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury. It is your sole responsibility to know and abide by the laws and regulations of the country that you are importing the items to. 12. Insurance All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. The cost of this insurance is included in your International Checkout shipping and handling fee. 13. Links To Other Sites International Checkout offers links to other independent third party web sites. Please note that when you enter those web sites using our links, International Checkout bears no liability for the contents thereof. 14. Miscellaneous This agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of California, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this agreement must be brought in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles, California, and each party irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such courts. Neither party may assign this agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the other party. Subject to that restriction, this agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. A failure by either party to enforce the strict performance of any provision of this agreement will not constitute a waiver of said party's right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this agreement. 15. Modifications International Checkout may modify any aspect of this agreement at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any modification to the Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately once posted on the web site. Check the web site regularly if you are interested in reviewing any changes. Your use of the web site and the International Checkout service after modifications have been posted constitutes your acknowledgment of such modifications and your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes. 16. Payment Verification For your protection and to minimize the risks associated with payment transactions, our verification team may contact you to request additional information to confirm your identity and your intent to place an order. International Checkout reserves the right to reject your order at any time due to failure to verify your payment information or suspicion of fraudulent activity. 18. Price Quotes International Checkout will provide an all inclusive price quote upon checkout. Rarely, we may need to contact you in the event that an item s price was increased by the merchant, an item is overweight or oversized and requires additional shipping costs, or any other unforeseen price increases occur. We will never charge an amount greater than you agreed to upon checkout without full disclosure and your approval thereof. 19. Refused Shipments / Delivery Failure You will be held liable for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated costs when any of the following circumstances occur. Your package will be abandoned. Absolutely no refunds will be issued. - You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason. - The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel to your address because you are not at home and/or do not pay duties and taxes. - You provided an invalid address. - Your parcel is returned by customs because your merchandise is restricted from import into your country. - You refuse to pay duties and taxes. 20. Restricted Products and Merchants If we are aware that an item is restricted from shipment into your country, you will be notified and that item will be canceled from your order. You are responsible for all associated costs related to any item which is restricted from delivery due to your country's customs or laws. International Checkout reserves the right to refuse fulfillment of any product, based solely on its own discretion and in accordance to any and all US and international laws at any time. 21.Returns and Exchanges TO SUBMIT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST: Within 7 days after you receive you items, please login here and click on the 'Request Return or Exchange' option. If you do not have an account with International Checkout, please contact our customer service team here for assistance. Then, select the 'Request Return or Exchange' option for the particular order for which you would like to make the

5 request and complete the form. If approved, you will receive detailed instruction and a Return or Exchange Authorization number via . TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: Your request to return or exchange any items must be received within 7 business days of receipt of your order and must be pre-authorized by International Checkout. You will receive detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization Number when your return or exchange is approved. Do not contact the merchant directly. They cannot process your return. All orders are subject to the return policy of the online merchant from which your items were purchased (the merchant ). Many merchants have restricted time limits or may not accept returns or exchanges at all. Therefore, your order may not be eligible for return or exchange. International Checkout is not responsible for any delays by the shipping carrier, customs, or any other cause that may affect your order's eligibility for return. Due to the time sensitive nature of returns and exchanges, we recommend that you contact International Checkout immediately with your request for a Return Authorization. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original International Checkout receipt or invoice. We recommend that all items be sent insured via registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery. International Checkout is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to the merchant or to International Checkout. The Return Authorization Number must be included on the label. Due to the time sensitive nature of the merchant's return policies, expedited/express shipping may be required. REFUND COSTS: If you request a refund, you will be responsible for international shipping back to the merchant or to International Checkout. You will receive a refund for the merchandise purchase price minus domestic shipping costs incurred (if any), any fees that are charged by the merchant, and a $10.00 USD return fee. Your refund will not be issued until the return is accepted by the merchant. EXCHANGE COSTS: If you request an exchange, you will pay for all associated domestic and international shipping costs, any associated fees charged by the merchant, and a $10.00 USD Exchange fee. We will bill you via your original payment method for the additional charges incurred. 22. Shipping Transit Times International Checkout will get your items to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

6 STANDARD SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 8-20 business days. PRIORITY SHIPPING arrives to your address in approximately 4-10 business days. TRANSIT TIMES are estimated and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays by customs or by the merchant. 23. State Sales Tax Sometimes, merchants that have a presence in certain states of the USA may collect state sales tax as required by law if you are shipping within the USA. Rarely, even if your order will be shipped outside of the USA, some merchants may charge California sales tax if required by law due to International Checkout s California address. If state sales tax applies to your order, it will be included in your order upon checkout or we will request your approval of the additional amount. 24. Unlawful Activities Reporting In the event of any investigation of unlawful activities by local, state, national and/or international authorities, International Checkout reserves the right to disclose personal information as required. Any party or individual conducting unlawful activities on International Checkout will be reported to the proper authorities, including disclosure of personal information relating to any investigation of said activities. 25. Your Account Security If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. International Checkout reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
