1 Castello del Nero, surrounded by an astonishing 750 acres of private estate, is a magnificent XII century castle located in the heart of the Chianti region. Within 30 minutes of Siena, Florence and San Gimignano, you could hardly find a more perfect spot from which to explore Tuscany. Towering over its own valley, which includes two lakes, you can enjoy the beautiful Tuscan rolling hills as well as views of vineyards and olive groves. The magnificent historical building is under tutelage of the Italian Fine Art. The reconstruction was completed in 2006 with care and dedication aimed at conserving its original features. Original frescoes, coats of arms, fireplaces and vault ceilings are located in common areas and guest rooms alike, exuding the charm and history of the noble estate. On the property there is also a small chapel, still consecrated, ideal for the celebration of weddings as it opens onto a wonderfully kept Italian garden. The hotel has 50 rooms and suites which feature state of the art technology for in room entertainment, LCD televisions, video on demand, minibar, safety deposit boxes and internet connection. All rooms are equipped with an individual climate control computer through which guests can set the temperature of the room and bath.

2 La Torre Our Restaurant La Torre, 1 Michelin Star, highlights all that is best about Italian and Tuscan gastronomy, our innovative yet traditional à la carte menu offers dishes based on typical Italian flavors and prepared with fresh local products. It is open seven days a week (closed for just a few days in the winter), for dinner only, to both resident and non-resident Guests in an elegant and welcoming not too formal ambience, located in the former stables of the Castle. We do not require a specific dress code but would warmly suggest a jacket for the gentlemen. Dinner is served at Restaurant La Torre, 1 Michelin Star, every day from 7.30 p.m. to p.m. During summer time (weather permitting), we offer an al fresco dining on our enchanting Garden Terrace for enjoying the most typical Tuscan landscape. Reservation required. All Day Dining: Our Taverna Lounge is open from noon to 6.00 p.m. with a selection of both Italian and International offers. Our Taverna Dinner is served instead from 6.00 p.m. to p.m. in our cozy and informal La Taverna Tuscan Restaurant, where an inviting menu will await our Guests with a selection of dishes from the local, typical Tuscan tradition. During summer time (weather permitting), our service change location for offering an al fresco dining on our enchanting by the pool area for enjoying the most typical Tuscan landscape. A rich and inviting buffet Breakfast with hot and cold dishes is available to our guests from 7.30 a.m. to a.m. daily for an excellent start of the day. Finally, our Room-Service is available 24 hours a day. Due to the popularity of Restaurant, we warmly suggest you to reserve a table for dinner and/or lunch in advance (better at time of booking the accommodation). This will allow us to ensure you enjoying the best dining experience at your favourite time. Cooking Classes Cooking classes are personally designed by Executive Chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro and hosted by him or his assistant, sharing their outstanding knowledge and passion for the Italian cuisine with guests. The class can host from two to maximum of six people. Following the class, every attendee will taste the dishes they have prepared during lunch on the same day. In addition, each guest will receive a logoed apron, a diploma and copies of the Executive Chef s recipes. It is advisable to book museum tickets in advance, especially for Uffizi and Accademia Gallery in Florence. Luxury Cars: Enjoy a tour through the Tuscan hills driving a luxury limousine, a chic convertible or speedy sports car. Choose from exclusive brands such as Ferrari, Bentley, Lamborghini and Porsche, with a delivery and drop off at the Hotel. Small or medium size cars: Automatic or manual, GPS, unlimited mileage, pick up and drop off at the hotel or, if you prefer, pick up at the hotel and drop off at another location. In order to provide you with the best quotation we kindly ask that you supply us advance details of your car preference and the amount of time you wish to hire it. Bike Tours, Vespa Tours, Fiat 500 Vintage Tours, Safari Wine Tour, Tuk Tuk Tours: It is possible for us to organize a half day private tour by bike in the countryside with a professional guide, otherwise a full day Vespa Tour that includes a visit of a medieval town, wine/oil tasting and lunch in a typical farm. The same tour can be also arranged driving a Fiat 500 Vintage (small, manual car, very common in Italy in the sixties and seventies). Otherwise you can enjoy an adventure experience on board of a Vintage Land Rover, Safary Style, with visit of a local winery, wine and oil tasting, light lunch and stops on panoramic points to take beautiful pictures. Lastly, you can explore the Tuscan countryside with a full day tour on a typical Italian Tuk Tuk (an authentic Ape Calessino), with a guided tour of a nice winery, wine/oil tasting and a typical lunch.
