1 CCC Mong Man Wai College School Administration and Annual Plan ( ) 1 Aims 1.1 To facilitate the effectiveness of school administration by information technology 1.2 To enhance the learning and teaching by information technology 1.3 To facilitate the communication of all stake holders by information technology 2 Situational Analysis 2.1 Strengths School CCC has a regular meeting for IT heads to share their experience The set up of IT Office, the employment of TSS and IT Seed facilitate the development of school administration by information technology Composite IT, Composite Fixture and, CEG, Student IT Fare, QNT (Student Thematic Network Scheme) and the 4 th IT Plan of EDB provide enough of funding for the sustainable development of information technology projects in our school for purchasing the tablet computers and upgrade the Wifi network Many IT infrastructures have been set up in our school All rooms can join the fixed network and wireless network to access both the intranet and internet All classrooms have computers, projectors and visualizers There are 1 computer room, 1 MMLC and 1 Campus TV Center Samsung Smart Project provides 40 Galaxy Tabs Notes 10.1 and a colour printer In Shun Hing Education Charity Fund supported our school for the rewiring of the network so that the speed of the backbone can be upgraded to 10 GB Many Servers and Firewall have been set up to provide different services: eclass Server DHCP Server E-portfolio Server Library Master Server File Server Radius Server / AP Controller WEBSAMS Server Media Server Web Server IT Office Server Backup Server Octopus Server WatchGuard Firewall Teacher Teachers are willing to learn information technology be self-study and use
