9 PERSONAL GRADUATION PLAN (PGP) WITH ENDORSEMENT Seen as an advisement tool for students, parents and counselors. It is a map for college and career readiness aligned to an occupational experience. The personal graduation plan is a working document used by counselors to tract student completion of graduation requirements. graduation plan is an opportunity for students and counselors to meet individual needs.

18 MAJOR CHANGES Requirements Incoming 9 th grade students must indicate in writing an endorsement to be included on their Personal Graduation Plan (PGP). Students may choose at any time to earn an endorsement other than the endorsement the student previously indicated
